The Documents referred to Naval Agreements beneficial to the Allied Kingdom, in addition to various Trade Agreements that were somewhat advantageous to the Allied Kingdom.
Sir Thomson knew that the Allied Kingdom would be interested in this, after all the Naval Accords would ensure that they had more influence in the Mediterranean, which could be useful for them, in addition to ensuring that the Suez Canal was safely guaranteed by the Allied Kingdom.
"I will have to communicate with the Prime Minister of my country first" Said Sir Thomson after reading the documents and looking into Arthur's eyes, who nodded seriously.

Dacia will use the Cloak of Morality so she can have a High Ground at the Peace Conference, and this is part of Ferdinand's Plan to gain control over the Middle East.
A puppet Arbemanian nation of Dacia would be great because then Dacia would get both their support, which would be indebted to Dacia, as well as serving to contain Rumelia if they tried something.
The gigantic hatred that would have between the two Nations would be extremely useful for Dacia, who would use Hatred and Rancor as a tool.
"Furthermore, Mister Verninac, while Dacia will not be able to help at the moment against the Imperial Threat, our Nation wants to sign a Non-Aggression Pact with the Republic, which may evolve into something more in the future..." said Daniel Abul, leaving the rest of the interpretation for the Republican Diplomat, who was interested in what Daniel said.
While it wasn't in Ferdinand's interest to help the Republic and Legadonia in the future War against the Empire, a Non-Aggression Pact doesn't hurt anyone, Ferdinand would be more focused on the future War he would have against the Russy Federation.
After Dacia reaps all the rewards and grows stronger, he will wait for the time when the Empire and the Russy Federation go to war against each other, then he will take advantage of the fact that most of the Communist Forces are attacking the Empire so that Dacia invades the Federation.
Ferdinand likes to play it safe, he'll wait for his Imperium to get strong and then he can focus on a War against the Empire, but he would first like to deal with a certain Loli Sociopath, who could be a thorn in his side.
