31. It's my win!

Shuu saw people who he didn't recognize tell him that.
He didn't know how he ended up here, but he knew he was currently lying on the bed. He didn't try to move because he knew he was unable to do anything.
He was an observer from the point of view of the person they cared for.
"Yes…" Shuu felt his lips open automatically. "Of course…. I can do this…"
"Something…. This simple… will… gone… in no time…" He smiled warmly at those people.
"That's why…"
(NOOOO!!!!)
Shuu was startled. It wasn't the person he observed who screamed. it was Shuu himself.
He didn't know or understand why he suddenly acted like this. But before his logic could think, his instinct had already kicked first.

(I BEG YOU! DON'T SAY ANY FURTHER!)
Still, Shuu was only an observer, and no matter how many times he shouted or begged, the person on the bed wouldn't stop.
"Please…" He continued
(STOOOOP!!!)
"forget… about me…" He smiled warmly, the exact same smile as before.
"I... didn't exist…"
After he said that, everything became dark and silent.
Shuu's eyes suddenly snapped open.
He was breathing hard.
He could feel his body wet from heavy sweating.
He checked the time. It was slightly earlier than his usual wake-up time, and he didn't feel he could sleep any longer, so he stood up and started his morning routine earlier today. While thinking… (What did I just dream...?)

"What are you doing?" Shuu asked. He just saw Yuu suddenly turn around from the student council room.
When he arrived there, he saw someone who usually wouldn't go near the student council room, or more correctly, was prohibited from approaching the room.
Hayasaka Ai didn't immediately reply. Instead, she gestured to Shuu to peek into the student council room.
and there he saw Miyuki sleeping, leaning his head on Kaguya's side.
"Aah" He let out an understanding voice as he went back to Ai.
Seeing the gloom on AI's face, Shuu let out a small grin. "Are you sulking, by any chance?"
"I'm not," Ai curtly replied, but she also turned away and refused to meet Shuu's eyes.
"Are you sure?" He followed, from which Ai escaped again.
Shuu chuckled, "It must be hard on you," then patted her head after he made sure no one was nearby or it might hinder her work as Kaguya's secret personal attendance.
Ai enjoyed it for a few moments before she suddenly snapped out of it and quickly brushed away Shuu's hand.
"I'm not," She repeated.
When Shuu was about to tease her again….
"Oh, we have a guest," Shuu said as he let Ai handle it.
The first was Kashiwagi and her boyfriend. There's also a principal, and she even succeeded in turning Chika away!
That was the most shocking one.
Shuu watched from the sidelines while erasing his presence from the others. He saw how she very skillfully turned the others so naturally without the other side noticing her intention at all.
Because of that, a thought flashed in his mind.
(Wait… Did she get me too?)
(Now that i think about it, I also didn't enter the room because Ai looked like that.)
Once that thought enters his mind, it's unable to leave again.
He continued to watch. Ai was running on the wall and catching a baseball that almost broke the window of the student council's room. She also used the same ball to destroy the drone nearby.
At that instant, Shuu quickly made a move and rushed toward her because he realized Ai hadn't taken any stance to erase her fall.
And as expected, she didn't take any stance at all and fell on Shuu's hand. Then she also wrapped her hands around Shuu's neck.
"...." Shuu was speechless.
"Nice catch~!" She giggled.
"Just now, Did you also act like that to take my attention away?"
"Oh! You finally caught it." She grins smugly. "It's my win!"
"Yeah, yeah." Shuu put her down and ignored her Smug face.
"Are you sulking?" Ai giggled again.
"I'm not"
"Are you sure??" She pushed again, just like Shuu had done to her a few moments ago.
With his usual casual face, Shuu said, "It's okay. In the end, the winner will still be me."
"Hehe" Ai laughed, becoming even more gleeful. "It's unsightly not to accept losing, you know?" She pushed her finger against Shuu's cheek.
Knowing that whatever he said would be useless, Shuu took another approach.
"Are you okay leaving that?" Shuu pointed at the window, There's Ishigami Yuu trying to reach the student council room, albeit fearfully.
"!!" Ai quickly ran to take care of that while Shuu slowly walked, following her.

"Phew…" Ai exhaled after finishing her work with Yuu. It's been quite a while since she was asked to give her master time.
She peeked inside the room to check Kaguya's progress, then...
"You haven't moved an inch!?" She was dumbfounded for a few moments before quietly closing the door again.
"Pftt, hahahaha" On the outside, Shuu, who had been holding his laugh all this time, finally broke down after seeing her genuine expression.
He laughed so hard that he even let out some tears. "Hahaha, See~"
"I told you~ I would be the one who had the last laugh~"
"Hahahaha."
Ai realized that she was unable to refute a single thing. "Mnnghhh!!" She vexedly stomped the floor, which made Shuu laugh even more.
In the end, Ai vented her frustration on Shuu with punches, which were adorable.
