Chapter 2: Chapter-2

The wind howled through the trees as Vice-Admiral Garp and his group of Marines approached the small island in the Grand Line. Their mission was to capture Portgas D. Rouge, a member of the infamous Pirate King Gol D. Roger's crew, who had taken refuge on the island. Garp had a long-standing rivalry with Roger and was determined to bring down anyone associated with him.

As they approached the island, Garp's keen senses detected a faint sound of crying. He ordered his men to fan out and search the area. It didn't take long for them to find a small hut near the shore where a woman lay in labour. She was pale and weak, but her eyes gleamed with a fierce determination.

Garp approached her with caution, unsure of what to expect. "Who are you?" he demanded.

"You are Garp," the woman replied, her voice barely above a whisper. "This is my child."

Garp frowned, his eyes narrowing and looked down at the tiny, wriggling bundle in his arms, and a strange feeling washed over him. For a moment, All he could focus on was the baby in his arms.

He stroked the baby's cheek with a gentle finger, and the baby blinked up at him with wide, curious eyes. Garp felt a sudden surge of protectiveness towards the child.

"What's his name?" he asked Rouge.

"Ace, Gold D. Ace" she replied weakly.

Garp paused for a moment and murmured, "Ace"

Rouge nodded weakly, too exhausted to argue. He had never been one for sentimentality, but for some reason, he felt a strange connection to the child he had just helped bring into the world.

After a few moments, Rogue passed away, while he held Baby Ace in his arms.

Just then, Garp heard a commotion behind him. He turned to see a man with a shock of black hair striding towards him. Garp recognized him immediately as his own son, Monkey D. Dragon, the leader of the Revolutionary Army.

Dragon approached Garp and held out a small, bundled-up baby. "This is my son," he said simply.

Garp stared at him in shock. "What do you want me to do with him?" he asked.

"Roger's blood, Huh! Even I had to pause there." Dragon said, going past the garp and having a close view of the fallen Rogue.

"I want you to take him too," Dragon replied. "I can't raise him where I am going. And I know you'll take good care of him. He has your blood flowing through his veins."

Garp hesitated for a moment, then looked down at the two babies in his arms. He couldn't help but feel a sense of pride and responsibility towards them both.

"You come out of nowhere after all things you have done and believe me to let you go without answers," he said gruffly. "As for my grandson, I'll take him."

And with that, Garp found himself the unexpected caretaker of two grandsons. He knew that it wouldn't be easy, but he also knew that he would do whatever it took to protect them both. For the first time in a long time, Garp felt a sense of purpose beyond his duty as a Marine.

"I cannot stay here for long, It will be dangerous for the kids."

"W... Wait!" Garp said, he tried to grab him but found his both arms full with his grandsons.

"Fine, Tell me his name." Garp gave up, as he asked for his Grandson's name.

"Raven, Monkey D. Raven!" Dragon smirked and disappeared in thin air, like the wind.

As they sailed away from the island, Garp held the memory of the baby in his arms close to his heart. He knew that things were about to get much more complicated, but for now, he couldn't help but feel a sense of hope for the future.

"Raven... Ace.... Raven..." Garp kept murmuring the names.

Garp looked at the dark-haired Ace and blond Raven.

'So, I am born on the same day as Ace, It must be so for Big Bro too.' Raven thought while staring at Garp's face.

After a few days,

Garp sat on the couch, watching as Tsuru tended to his two grandsons. He had offered to help, but she assured him that she could handle things on her own.

As he watched her work, Garp couldn't think how he should raise them.

She was patient and kind, and she seemed to know exactly what the babies needed. He knew that she was taking good care of them.

After a few minutes, the sitter turned to Garp and smiled. "They're such sweet little boys," she said. "You must be so proud."

Garp nodded, a smile spreading across his face. "I am. They're the best thing that's ever happened to me."

Garp shrugged. "My son was a handful when he was a baby. They are quiet ones."

Tsuru raised an eyebrow. "Your son? Was he anything like these two? And they don't look like twins."

Garp laughed. "Well... He has two wives, Bahahaha! Stroke of luck, both of them born same day."

"You're lying, I can see it on your face."Tsuru nodded, looking at the babies with a thoughtful expression. "They don't resemble you in the slightest."

Garp smiled. "They may not look like me but they're strong, just like their father and grandfather before them. Also, don't look at them like that."

Tsuru nodded, and for a few moments, they sat in comfortable silence, watching the babies as they dozed off.

As Garp sat there, he realized he was not up to the task to handle babies. He knew that he couldn't be with his grandsons all the time.

As Tsuru prepared to leave, Garp stood up to see her out. "Thank you for today," he said. "I will find a babysitter soon."

Garp watched as she left, feeling a sense of contentment wash over him.
