The sheer destructive force unleashed in their confrontation left an indelible mark; the aftermath alone was more than sufficient to lay waste to a significant portion of the populace.
"Alright, let's shift away from this topic and refrain from feeling down." suggested Jiryoku, his tone gentle yet firm. A warm smile graced his lips as he continued, "We've been blessed with this precious opportunity to reunite after such a prolonged separation. Let's embrace this moment and revel in each other's company, shall we?"
Upon hearing Jiryoku's words, a collective nod swept through the group, signaling an end to their previous conversation and ushering in a new focus on sharing tales of happiness and positivity. Prompted by Jokan, arrangements were swiftly made to prepare a lavish feast for all present.
"Will you be resuming your training as usual?" inquired Shikamaru, his curiosity piqued.
"Yes, but with a twist. I plan to embark on a journey across the world, for there are intriguing events on the horizon that I wish to witness firsthand," explained Jiryoku.
"What kind of events are those? Can I come along?" Ino asked, her curiosity piqued and her anticipation palpable, her gaze fixed on Jiryoku.
"Various events, ranging from clashes between siblings to other search missions, but predominantly each will feature some form of battle," elucidated Jiryoku, his voice carrying a hint of excitement.
"If you'd like to accompany me, then by all means, why not? I don't foresee any issues," Jiryoku assured Ino with a warm smile, extending the invitation openly.
Shikamaru ventured a guess, "Are you referring to the epic clash between Uchiha Sasuke and Uchiha Itachi?"
Jiryoku nodded in affirmation, a thoughtful hum escaping his lips.
"They are quite pitiful," Jiryoku added with a heavy sigh, his expression reflecting a mix of empathy and sorrow.
Jiryoku, sensing the room's atmosphere shift back to a somber tone, internally acknowledged the need to lift spirits. With a cheerful tone, he interjected, "Ah, why dwell on these melancholic matters? Let's indulge in the feast that awaits us; it's already been prepared."
Responding to his prompt, everyone eagerly partook in the feast, savoring the moment of camaraderie. As two days elapsed, Shikamaru, Ino, and Choji readied themselves for the journey back to Konoha.
"Are you absolutely sure you don't wish to join me?" Jiryoku queried, his gaze shifting between Ino, Shikamaru, and Choji, a hint of hopeful persuasion lacing his words.
Shikamaru nodded in agreement before responding, "Yeah, we're sure. We have a few tasks awaiting us. Even if our assistance may be limited, we'll strive to enhance our strength to the best of our abilities."
"Rest assured, I'll devise a plan to help you all grow stronger," Jiryoku assured them with a determined expression.
Acknowledging Jiryoku's assurance with grateful nods, Shikamaru, Ino, and Choji bid farewell and exited the Jokan mansion, their thoughts filled with anticipation for their journey ahead.
As Jiryoku also prepared to depart, he turned to Jokan, expressing, "Alright then, I'll be taking my leave now. Please take care of yourself here."
Jokan reciprocated the sentiment with a nod and replied, "You too, take care of yourself out there."
With a final nod of understanding, Jiryoku left the Jokan mansion, ready to embark on his next adventure.
