Chapter 48: Traumatizing the damsel in distress.(2)

Dusk managed to find the whereabouts of the Elf from a slave. After following the slave's instructions he came across 2 cells that were isolated from all the others a significant distance away.

In one of them was a young girl with pointy ears poking out from her hair. In the other was a boy with a tail protruding out from his behind. His eyes and ears resembled that of a feline.

But these two weren't the only ones present.

There was a man who was slowly approaching the cells a short distance away from them. It seemed the two children hadn't noticed yet.

Dusk was glad to see things were going just as he hoped. He decided to let the theatrics and drama unfold while he made preparations.

First impressions were important. Dusk wanted the Elf to think he was a powerful and mysterious individual. Elves were known to be prideful.
