Chapter 47: Tournament (3)
General P.O.V
"Yoriichi is really strong for his age. Genkai really lucked out on him. I wonder who will be on my team." Yuriko Uzumaki said
"Hisame Hoshikagi is also strong and has the qualification to become a strong Shinobi. I wouldn't mind him on my team." said Hatsu Uzumaki of the Steel release.
"THAT'S MY NEPHEWWWW, GOOOO YORIICHIIII !" shouted Hashirama while clapping his hands.
"Stop embarrassing my grandson, you woodpecker and shut up." Ashira said and Tobirama gave a nod to that.
"Next battle is between Kaito Eizen Vs Ayaka Yuki. Both of you come to the arena."
"All the best Kaito" Yoriichi said to Kaito
"What a drag" Kaito replied and lazily went to the arena
Kaito lazily dragged himself to the arena and Ayaka gracefully entered the arena.
"Begin" said Genkai
Ayaka rushed towards Kaito to engage him in taijutsu but kaito took out two scrolls and launched tons of weapons which were sealed inside it towards Ayaka.
Everyone in the crowd looked at Kaito as if asking where did he get so many weapon from.
"Using your own chakra to attack your enemy is such a waste and a drag." Kaito said to all the attention he was getting.
Everyone was dumbfounded by it and even the audience was silent.
Ayaka created an ice wall to defend herself from all the weapons but Kaito hid some weapons with paper bombs within those weapons which exploded and Ayaka was in the range of explosion and got little burns from it after the ice wall got destroyed.
"Looks like I have to get serious." Ayaka said
'Secret Jutsu: Crystal Ice Mirrors'
She created several large mirrors out of ice, which surrounded Kaito. By entering one of these mirrors, her reflection appeared in all of them.
"She could do an A- rank ice jutsu at just the age of 11? Incredible" said the Kazekage and others also couldn't help but show astonishment at that.
All her reflections took out senbon and started firing them towards Kaito while she continued to change her position to different ice mirrors constantly.
Kaito quickly covered himself in a Crystal Sphere. None of the senbons could do anything against it.
He followed it up with another jutsu.
'Crystal release: Crystal armor' and ' Crystal style: Crystal hand blades'
His whole body got covered with crystal Armor and his arms had twin crystal blades with a pointed edge.
He removed the crystal sphere and rushed out while deflecting all the senbon aimed at his face. No senbon could damage his Armor.
He struck one of the mirrors and managed to break it but Ayaka quickly made another mirror before he could exit the ice cage.
"How about this then? said kaito after making handsigns for another jutsu.
'Crystal Release: Crystal Wheel'
Two large chakrams were formed in his hand which were spinning at a very rapid speed. He threw them towards the mirror and it managed to break it. Wherever he pointed his finger, he managed to hit and destroy the mirror he was pointing his finger to.
"How is he controlling those Crystal chakrams?It should not be possible."asked the Akimichi clan head.
"He is using crystal strings which are connected to the chakrams and he is controlling them like a puppet master controls his puppets.You can't see them since they can't be seen with naked eyes." said the Hyuga clan head who had his Byakugan active.
"Truly another genius blessed with extreme chakra control." said the Uchiha clan head
"I taught him Chakra control." Yoriichi shouted proudly from the seating area for contestants and everyone looked at him weirdly.
Anyways back to the battle.
Those chakrams managed to destroy the ice mirrors faster than Ayaka could create them back. She left the ice prison and cancelled her jutsu.
She was panting.
"You are good. Let's end this. I hope you survive my next attack." said Ayaka and began forming hand signs.
"I forfeit." shouted Kaito. Everyone was surprised by this and Ayaka asked him
"Why did you forfeit?"
Kaito gave her a look that said are you an idiot?
"I have shown enough to become a genin so I don't need to trouble myself any further. I can just get back to sleeping now. Besides if I win I will have to fight Yoriichi in another round which is going to be a pain in the ass since he wouldn't let me yield." He said
Everyone in the crowd was dumbfounded at this and started booing.
Kaito didn't give a fuck about them and started walking back to his seat.
Genkai also got back to his senses and declared Ayaka the winner.
"Hahaha, Looks like Nara clan got competition." said Hashirama to the Nara clan head who just lazily nodded and got back to dozing off.
"The next battle is between Kiyoshi Watanabe vs Chikao Yuki, Please come on to the arena."
Kiyoshi and Chikao Yuki both came to the arena as soon as Genkai said begin, kiyoshi covered his fist with wind chakra and Chikao used ice kunai.
With his gentile fist like taijutsu, Kiyoshi managed to parry the kunai and the wind covering his fists destroyed those kunais and then he smashed his palm to Chikao's stomach.
Chikao was pushed backwards and spit blood and grunted in pain.
Chikao used an ice blizzard jutsu which created a lot of icy snow which hindered Kiyoshi's movement as well as his sight.
Kiyoshi used wind style: Breakthrough which blew away most of the blizzard and he followed up with Dokugiri (Ninja Art: Poison Fog) and used the wind from his previous jutsu to spread it towards Chikao.
Chikao couldn't dodge it and was poisoned. He tried to use the antidote but Kiyoshi didn't give him a chance and incapacitated him with two swift blows to the stomach and followed it by a strike to the back of the neck.
"Kiyoshi Watanabe wins the battle and moves to the next round." announced Genkai
