As soon as the battle began, Fumiko said "Sleep" with that Hiroko fell into Genjutsu and she put a kunai on Hiroko's neck.
Genkai declared Fumiko the winner.
"Academy students really don't have many methods to deal with Genjutsu that are from a kekkei Genkai." said the Yamanaka clan head and others agreed to it.
"The next match is between Kin Chinoike and Riku Hasegawa. Please come to the arena."
Kin beat Riku so badly that he was on the verge of death. He didn't even stop when Genkai said to stop. He was given the last warning and if he continues to do it, he will be disqualified from the competition and also won't be able to become a Shinobi this year.

"The next match is between Benjiro Uzumaki and Itsuki Kenda. Please make your way to the arena."
Itsuki and Benjiro entered the arena.

Four tigers made out of ink rushed at Itsuki.

By using this technique, Itsuki protected himself from the ink tigers by using kikaichū to fly in a dome shape at high speed, similar to the Eight Trigrams Palms Revolving Heaven. This also dispersed the ink tigers as the Kikaichū bit on them.
"An Aburame clan kid in Uzushiogakure? Looks like konoha's shinobi can't control their sperms and continue to make babies everywhere." said Kingaku.
Benjiro didn't seem discouraged by this development and used a fire Ball jutsu and since he is an Uzumaki, he had large reserves of chakra so the fireball size was also very big.
"Your insects should be very weak against fire, let's see how you deal with this." said Benjiro.
Itsuki made his insects go away or hide inside his body.

There was a huge gash on Benjiro's torso which burned.
Genkai stepped in and put off the fire on Benjiro and declared Itsuki the winner.
"How did your insects not burn from fire? Insects are supposed to be weak against fire release." Benjiro asked
"These dragonfly beetles are found underneath the dead volcano of our village. I asked them if they were willing to be my friends and they agreed. My little friends here are not only resistant to fire but also eat fire and after eating fire, they become supercharged and release this fire in the form of farts."
Benjiro and Genkai were dumbfounded at this explanation. Even the crowd had awkward looks.
"Did he use the same sword techniques as Yoriichi?" asked Hatake clan head
"He followed a similar breathing pattern but the movement of his chakra was not like Yoriichi. Heck he didn't use any chakra at all, all the work was done by the insects and his sword movements. So if you have these insects, it can be used by any Aburame." said the Hyuga clan head.
"I wish Aburame clan head was here, he would be red with jealousy for missing out on such a young promising talent hahahaha" said the Akimichi clan head.
"The next battle is between Hiromi Uzumaki and Jiro Uzumaki, Please come to the arena."
"This is going to be an interesting battle, an Uzumaki from the healing branch and another Uzumaki with Akimichi bloodline." said the Uchiha clan head.
"I am rooting for the Akimichi kid, anyone wants to bet against me? If I win you would have to treat me to barbeque." said the Akimichi clan head
While this was going on both of the participants had come to the stage.
"Listen to me you fatty, If I beat you badly, don't go crying to your momma." said Hiromi with a snarl.
With her petite body and Jiro's large body, it seemed very funny.
"Go Girl make your grandma proud!" shouted the branch head of the healing branch of the Uzumaki clan, Kumi Uzumaki."

Hiromi also covered her hand in the chakra and both clashed against each other. There was a huge shockwave from the clash and both of them were pushed backwards.
They continued going at it until they were tired.
"How is that little girl competing with that boy?" asked Danzo to Tobirama
"The Akimichi -Uzumaki boy and the girl are both using Uzumaki taijutsu. Along with that the boy is also using the Akimichi clan technique, technically he should be winning. But that girl has superior strength to him even with her tiny body and her faster speed also gives her an advantage. But the most important fact is she is biting herself constantly to heal herself. The Akimichi kid can't heal himself and is constantly taking damage." said Tobirama
"You fatso, just give up!" shouted Hiromi
