Chapter 108: Leaving Kumo
The Raikage checked upon the jinchuriki. The Jinchuriki appeared to be fine and was just unconscious.
'The process was so swift and easy. The seal also looks quite strong. There is no leakage of chakra either. It does not have signs of sabotage seals.' The raikage thought while checking the seal placed upon the jinchuriki. He also checked if Genkai had placed seals that would release the tailed beast in their village which would result in the destruction of Kumo.
The elders and other shinobi present were also analysing the suppression barrier used by the Uzushiogagure's team and came to the conclusion that it was impractical for any tailed beast above three tails as it would be too weak for more powerful tailed beasts.
They were hoping to get some insight or maybe even try to replicate Uzumaki techniques but they failed to realize that Uzushiogakure knew about their such attempts and thus had deliberately used techniques which are useless to Kumo.
They were also suprised by the power of the Adamantine chains used by Genkai. Once again, they were reminded of the absurd abilities of the Uzumaki clan. But they knew that not everyone of the adamantine chains branch of Uzumaki clan can awaken them.
Even if they do awaken it, they would have to train them for decades to become this powerful. Even the Uzukage's grandson, Yoriichi has not awakened his adamantine chains yet.
If most of the Uzumaki could do the same as what Genkai did, the Uzumaki's would be ruiling the world.
The Raikage walked towards Genkai and said "The seal looks fine. I would mark this as your mission completed. Here is your payment. If you want to look over the sights of the village, you can stay but i would suggest leaving since not everyone welcomes the presence of foreign shinobi in our village."
The Raikage threw a scroll containing the payment for their mission. Genkai did not verify it's contents as it would not only be rude and disrespectful but no Kage would give wrong payment in fear of losing their reputation.
"We will leave immediately." Genkak said
"Would you be using your teleportation jutsu to go back to Uzushiogakure?" Raikage asked trying to discern Genkai's teleportation ability and its limits.
If Genkai can teleport from Kumo to Uzushiogakure, it would mean he can cause havoc in their village anytime. Also it would tell them whether he could teleport with other people or only alone.
Genkai easily saw through this but still replied back politely.
"No, we would be traveling by the sea as we would like to enjoy the scenery of the land of lightning as well as enjoy the beautiful seas."
The Raikage bid them goodbye as the Uzu team left the village.
As the Raikage was about to go to his office, a jonin appeared in front of him and whispered "Raikage sama, Kinkaku and Ginkaku has send a team of elite shinobi after the Uzushiogakure team likely to eliminate them. Your orders?"
Raikage laughed at that as he said "Send just one team of shinobi to take down those monsters? This is the best thing i have heard in a while hahaha"
The people and the shinobi present were surprised to see the Raikage laugh so much as they have never even see him smile yet alone laugh.
"It would take at least a battalion of shinibi to take them down especially Genkai and the Uzukage's Grandson. Let them lose their men and learn why we should not be going to war against every single village. Those blood thirsty brothers!!" The Raikage said

Although, they said they would be traveling by sea, in reality they were going to go to the port and take a boat from there to make it appear to those who might follow them or the kumo shinobi that they have left the village through the seas.
After that Genkai would teleport them near the borders of the land of frost where they would do the other part of their mission which is to observe if Frost is still under assault by Kumo and help them without getting noticed if their situation is dire.
In the Kage summit, the kage of the frost village had raised his concerns about Kumo attacking his country and village.
The Raikage had denied all this claims and said that the shinobi of his village attacked because the frost shinobi attacked first and it was all in self defense. Also it was only one time.
When the Kage of the village hidden in the frost called out to the Raikage for lying, Raikage asked him for proof.
As there was no proof, Hashirama could not say anything to Raikage. He just warned both the villages that he would take action if they don't seize fighting if there was any fighting in the first place.
Neither village could ignore the warning from the God of Shinobi, therefore they seized all fighting at least on surface.
Kumo was disguising themselves to infilterate the land of frost and kill their elite shinobi and elders of the frost village.
They also hired bandits or send the bandits in the land of lightning to the land of frost.
This would not only increase the bandits in the land of frost but also spread the already small frost village's military power too thin.
The mission for Yoriichi and his team was to elimiate some of these bandit groups as well as eliminate any kumo shinobi they find in the land of frost without getting their identity leaked.
They were to go there silently, do their job silently and leave the country silently.
