Before the arrival of Raiser, the mood in the Occult research was not very good.

"Long time no see my dear Fiancé, Rias Gremory." said with a smile.
Everyone was stunned for a second, but Grafia the one who is considered one of the best maids was the first to recover from the shock and invited him to take a seat.
"Please, Sir Raiser come and take a seat."
"Thanks, Lady Grafia. It was pleasant meeting you."
Unlike what she expected he didn't take a seat near Rias too the one opposite to her. This stunned both Rias and Akeno who were both know of his character and mentally prepared themselves.
"Raiser, you look different from before. I wonder what caused such change." Asked Rias in a doubtful tone.
"It's nothing Rias my goal has been reached, now I don't have to hide anymore. I can be myself without worrying about anyone," said Raiser in a prideful and playful tone.
"Do you mean that all these years you have been acting, to hide yourself not to attract any attention, Sir Raiser? Grafia asked in a doubtful tone.
"Yes Lady Grafia, I was acting now that my goal has been achieved, I don't need to hide anymore as for what it is you will know it sooner," said Raiser and he continued.
"Now let's talk about the need for this meeting."
"Raiser, you know that this engagement was made by our fathers," before Rias complete her sentence, Raiser interrupted her sentence.
"I know Rias so let's cancel our engagement now." calmly Raiser said.
His sentence caused all of the present members to stop breathing.
Akeno was very happy about this and thanked Raiser.
"Thank you, Raiser. You don't know how much our president was worried about this."
"It's okay Akeno but Rias for that to happen there is a condition you and your peerage will have to defeat me in a rating game first. said, Raiser.
It once again shocked everyone.
" So, in the end, you are trying to make fun of my peerage and show off your peerage strength. I should have known better that I should not expect any less from you Raiser." sneered Rias.
"Come on Rias, today if I didn't propose to cancel our engagement and demand a rating game you would have proposed it. If it's you who proposed, it would be you fighting for your honor, and right, now that I proposed it, it's I am humiliating you," said Raiser sarcastically and continued.
"Don't try to deny it Rias you are not fighting for any of that right or honor or your peerage freedom, the only reason you fight for is your pride. Your pride doesn't accept marrying someone that you didn't choose, your pride doesn't accept marrying someone superior to you, and your pride doesn't accept marrying someone you couldn't control. isn't right Rias?" Raiser said in a Dominant tone.

Rias was struggling to answer that question as she knew deep in her heart that's true.
Raiser turned to the brown-haired guy who was boiling in anger at him for treating Rias like that.
"Now isn't that our red dragon emperor, do you really think you think Rias love you or like you just because she was very close to you to give you her virginity, no puppy, she was close to you because you are easily fascinated by her beauty and will be completely under her control. "I don't mind it happening at any time Lady Grafia, but they may need some time to recover themselves and a proper training session but remind her till she wins the game she is my fiancé so she has to maintain some distance from him from now on because I will kill him whether she win or lose later if it happens. I will also be present during their training session."
