Bullet sighed, "I wanted that table and you broke it. Destro's vision, ruined. Ah, ah…" he turned to Giran, sighing "So sad, right?" Giran swallowed and replied seriously, "You are crazier than Knuckleduster, kid. I'll give you that… he's really angry."
Bullet leaned back and snorted, "What do? Nothing, right?" Rikiya calmed down and nodded, forcing a wide smile, "I have bigger plans for you. Mhm. You and Giran seem well acquainted, that's good. Kizuki and Trumpet passed by Bullet, Kizuki sneered at him, waving her fingers, winking "Bye-Bye~ I'll let Mei hear the good news, 'kay?" Bullet was stunned, asking in shock "From the afterlife?" Kizuki grinded her teeth and left in anger.
Giran sighed and looked at Bullet, "You got a plan or did you come here guns blazing…" Bullet patted his shoulder and smiled, "Hey! Bullet still wondering if Giran should be saved or killed! Aha!" Giran's lips twitched and he pleaded his case, "Hey… Haven't you heard of 'Don't shoot the messenger'?! What kind of asshole captures a Black Market Dealer? Like, honestly!"
Bullet asked in confusion, "Messenger? You get the goods from secret sources, you're the supplier, not the messenger…" Giran replied helplessly, "You know what I mean!"
Rikiya looked out the window as Bullet leaned over to Skeptic, looking at his computer, asking "You have list of Heroes? Bullet really like cool and famous heroes! Maybe change mind, see some members eh?" Skeptic snorted angrily, "Get away from me, freak."
Bullet rolled his eyes, smiling "Come on, gonna die anyway, show some pride in your work! Endeavor a member?" Skeptic was speechless, replying "Endeavor!? Are you joking!? If we had Endeavor do we still need to talk with you???"
Bullet's lips twitched and he replied "That's not nice. Bullet hero too, okay? What's your problem, just show me some heroes, is it hard for you? Watched Billboards last time, saw many cool heroes! Maybe see more!" Skeptic sneered and showed him a list, saying "Look carefully, blown away yet?"
Bullet read the names out loud in shock, "Wow! Firework hero: Firestar? Helmet, Juggler…" he read them all, muttering to himself before saying "Not bad! Though, many guys here just sorta meh, no? Don't think so? Speaking of which, most of army probably civilian, right?"
He looked up at Rikiya and asked "Should be 90% civilian, right? But Bullet so confused, how gain members without getting found out? Not everyone so crazy, right? Hear 'Join Lunatic Cult' and say 'Oh boy! Of course, can't wait!'??? This crazier than Dramas!"
Skeptic snorted angrily, "What did you say!?" Bullet looked at him helplessly, patting his shoulder, sighing "Buddy, for Bullet. This really lunatic cult. No way anything else. Very sorry." he turned to Giran, adding "Think so too, right old man?" Giran nodded in agreement, "Really feels like it."
Bullet pointed his thumb at Giran, giving Skeptic a look of 'See? I'm just sayin'!' Skeptic's lips twitched and Rikiya said "Enough. Sit down and watch. I'm sure the look on your face when you see a friend's corpse will be very rich!"
Bullet tilted his head and whispered to Skeptic, "You say. Who is?" Skeptic looked at him, saying speechlessly, "I'm not your friend, okay? What are you whispering to me for?!" Rikiya chuckled and replied for him, "Himiko Toga."
Bullet paused and frowned deeply, "You kill Himiko to get to me? You're sick." Rikiya chuckled and grinned, "I took my medication today, kid. Sit down and watch carefully. After Himiko is your girlfriend's parents and then your girlfriend herself… After that I will kill you slowly. That's the level my anger has reached with you." he was very calm, as though everything was in his hands.
Bullet grit his teeth, angry and helpless, "Bastard! Can't believe you!"

Mei kicked open the door to Aizawa's class and shouted quickly "BULLET'S IN TROUBLE!" Aizawa and the class was dumbfounded, Mei held a computer and pressed a button, replaying everything that came through the chest plate under Bullet's t-shirt!
Bullet looked at Rikiya, asking suspiciously, "Don't get it. You brought League of Villains here for Giran? Not scared of Nomu?" Giran let out a breath, saying loudly "Good boy! That's what I was thinking!"
Rikiya raised three fingers, shorting "No. The League will not dispatch any Nomu for three reasons. One. Although the Nomu became practically synonymous with attacks by the League of Villains, they've all but faded into nothing more than a rumor since that day in Kamino. This, despite the League's continued antics."
He put a finger down and went on, "Two. Counter to point one, a High-Powered Nomu did show up in Kyushu. However, take note of the weaker white ones that came out of the black one. Though clearly remodeled by mad science, their strength was nothing to write home about. Three. Dabi said he was there to 'collect' the Black Nomu. This tells me that without the powerful black one, they have no Nomu ready to deploy."
He put his hand down and smiled, "To summarize, these Nomu creatures were clearly provided as back-up soldiers by the League's patron, All For One and the League is limited in how freely it can use them at this time. Without the Nomu, the League is nothing more than a gang of hoodlums."
Bullet and Giran were silent, Bullet coughed and waved "Sorry… It's just… So funny! I- Can I laugh?" He turned to Giran and sat down, asking with a laugh, "Is this Legendary Admiration among villains? Bullet never see before, really, really funny!" Giran smiled wryly, saying "You're going to get us both killed here, kid."
Bullet leaned on him saying "Ah… Re-Destro, if say League only chumps, why put whole Deika town as trap for them? All people here in army, League only 5-7 people max. Small group of chumps need entire town?" Bullet waved his finger and continued "Bullet think actually very scared of League."
Rikiya turned his head, smiling widely, "Oh?" Bullet nodded and smiled "Mhm! Tell you. Re-Destro only make claim, don't know what other cards. Say just chumps but really take super seriously because of fear. This no good. Have to overcome fear and charge on bravely!" He waved his fists and chuckled, "Look. All I'm saying is, sitting up here with bean pole guy, not very brave. Ever see Drama? General step out first battle with troops. You think King? Sit back, relax, drink coffee, watch fight then swoop in at end, save day, more admiration… Tsk tsk~"
Bullet shook his head and sighed, "Very cowardly. Shigaraki at least fight battle himself. I think he's better than you." He lunged and pulled Giran to the ground, rolling to a three point stance as Rikiya swiped his arm at him in rage.
Bullet chuckled, "Hey hey! Struck a nerve? I'm shaking in my boots here, seriously." Giran sighed "Kid! Can you shut up!" Bullet stuck out his tongue and ignored him as Rikiya calmed down, fixing his tie as he collected himself, replying "You're incorrect. I am simply prepared with thousands of like-minded comrades."
Bullet rolled his eyes, saying to Giran, "Like-minded, he say. More like brainwashed." Giran laughed and Rikiya snorted "Believe what you want. This is liberation." Bullet stood up, holding Giran as he asked "Liberation from original thoughts-oops~! Hehe~"
As he jumped back, saying "Re-Destro, don't get so angry! Bullet really want this building! When you change world, you give for a sock, okay? HAHAHAHA!" before jumping back quickly.
Skeptic suddenly frowned, "Boss… Curious was killed."
Bullet was dumbfounded, even more shocked than Rikiya as he shouted "What!?" Skeptic sighed, "Himiko Toga's Quirk evolved in the fight. The transformations can now use the Quirks of the transformed people. She floated her into the air and dropped her down."
Bullet sighed to himself, "Mei gonna be sad. What a shame."
