Artemis opened his eyes with fear gripping his heart to see what exactly happened.

His gaze shifted from the hand that had been holding his hand to Hera's other hand which was still intact.

If both of Hera's hands were alright, where did that blood come from?

His brows furrowed and he looked at Marissa, his pupils dilating when he saw the person standing next to them who held the dagger in hand.

Artemis didn't need a genius to tell him what was going on. It was right in front of them.

"I have been observing you guys for some time, you motherf*ckers. I just thought you guys were weird and were planning something big. But this? How dare you infiltrate the kingdom and then act like vampires? What was your motive?" The man asked them and before Artemis could open his mouth, a punch landed on his face, making him fall backward.
