Chapter 127: Raid Shadow Legends
"You're gonna be fine. You're like a High Class Devil in strength now." Issei encouraged Saji as they were waiting to board the bus to Nijou Castle.
Suddenly, someone jumped up and rode upon Issei's neck. It was Kunou. "Kunou. Didn't we tell you it's dangerous?" He asked her."
"Yes they did! However, I-i want to go save my mother! Please! Take me along! I beg you!" Kunou begged him desperately. Issei sighed.
" Alright, but promise to stay with me at all times. Okay?"
" Okay! "
Just as he respected Kunou's feelings, a light mist appeared from under everyone's feet. At the same time, a warm feeling penetrated Issei's body.
"I fucking hate that Dimension Lost bitch."
As he came to his senses, he saw the subway train platform before his eyes.
"Isn't this the subway station platform?"
Kunou asked while sitting on his shoulders. Issei sighed in relief, she had been transfered with him. His phone rang and he immediately picked it up.
"Yo Kiba, where are you guys?"
"We're at the Kyoto Imperial Palace. Rossweisse-san and Saji-kun are here too. You? "
" I'm with Kunou, at the subway platform of the Kyoto station. Wait a second, I'm checking the map. " Issei took out the pocket map in his pocket.
"This dimension, can it be that vast? It happens to be comparable to the size of this map which is centred around Nijou Castle." Issei commented while examining the map in his hands.
"Yes, this dimension has recreated Kyoto's vast streets with Nijou Castle at its centre. Though one wouldn't be surprised at the battle grounds of the Rating Game which are equally vast, it looks like the spellcaster has researched in depth the game fields of the Rating Game" Kiba replied.
" Kiba, we'll set the gathering point at Nijou Castle, okay?"
" Yes, understood. Have you contacted Asia and the rest? I think they have also arrived in this dimension. We all seem to have been welcomed by our esteemed heroes." Kiba asked him.
" Ah, I will try calling from here. Why don't you try calling Sensei who is outside. Really, such a sudden welcoming." The conversation with Kiba ended. After that, Issei was able to reach Asia and the rest. The Church Trio seemed to be together.
He felt relieved that Asia had Xenovia and Irina by her side. If Asia was alone, he would be so worried. He also told them to meet at Nijou Castle.
Then Kiba called back again. It looks like it was impossible to reach Azazel outside. Issei also tried on his end, but it didn't work no matter what.
"Kunou, get down." Issei ordered. Kunou nodded and got back down on the ground. Issei picked her up and hugged her like how a father would to his baby.
"Hang in there, Kunou. We're gonna go zooming." Issei warned. Kunou shut her eyes tightly and clenched his clothes like her life depended on it.
Issei activated his Flame Enhancement skill, causing his skin to turn crimson red and steam to rise out of his body.
Issei then saw a man wearing the Hero Faction uniform making his way towards him. Issei scowled.
"I don't need to waste my time on cannon fodder. I have a hot milf to save." Issei growled and blasted towards the man.
Issei dashed past him. The man didn't even realize it.
*FWOOOOOOOSHHHHOOOOOOOM!!!!!!*
Suddenly, the man was engulfed in a bright flaming pillar. He was burned to nothingness. Kunou looked on in awe.
"Woah.... Dragon Fire is so cool...." Kunou commented. Issei smiled at her.
"Thank you Kunou, but we better get going. Your mother's life is at stake."

Issei regrouped with the others in about thirty seconds of running while carrying Kunou in his arms.
He saw Rossweisse leaning against an electrical pole while vomiting. He was troubled by her unusual state, but he was glad that everyone was safe.
"Ah, it's great you guys are fine." Kiba welcomed them with a warm smile.
" You guys are okay as well. But Rossweisse.... How is she? "
" She was fighting the assassins. Perhaps the motion got too intense and she couldn't bear it.... I really don't know what to say." Kiba replied truthfully. Issei saw Xenovia having Durandal strapped to her back out in the open.
Xenovia has mastered Durandal to the degree that she can fully control the offensive aura the blade naturally emits.
At the same time as we gathered, the massive gates gave off a great heavy sound as it opened.
Watching the opening door, Kiba laughed wryly.
"Looks like they are waiting for us, and the performance is about to start. It is as you say. They are looking down on us."
As Kiba spoke in self mockery, Issei also sighed.
Once they confirmed with one another, they set off into the confines of Nijou Castle. "Before he fell, the assassin I defeated said that Cao Cao was waiting for us at Honmaru Palace." Kiba spoke as they sped walked. Within the boundaries of Nijou castle, they walked past the gardens of Ninomaru Palace, and could already see the moat around Honmaru Palace. They passed through the yaguramon gate that connected to Honmaru Palace.
The place they reached was full of rows of ancient Japanese eaves. The garden was swept nice and clean. These were all illuminated by lights so even in the dark world of the night it was as bright as day.
"Ah, you are here already. Welcome to the show!" Cao Cao welcomed them while standing in the garden. There were also many other members all around the buildings. All of them were wearing the same old uniform as before.
"Mother!"
Following her gaze, Issei widened his eyes as he looked at Yasaka. Her attire consisted of a yellow kimono, a golden obi, and wore a black pelt, with gold skulls and lines printed on it.
The kimono features a white interior and it is open at her shoulders, giving a view to her enormous breasts. Her hair was held back by a traditional hair ornament, with six golden bira kanzashi and several red kanzashi.
"Mother! I am Kunou! Please wake up." But no matter how much Kunou cried out, Yasaka remained unresponsive. Beneath the darkness in her eyes was a completely expressionless face.
"Bastards, all of you! What have you done to my mother!!" Kunou snarled out while her fox tails swayed wildly.
"Didn't I explain already? We hope to have your mother cooperate during this time for a little experiment, little princess! " Cao Cao replied and clapped his hands once.
"Oooh.....ooh....ah...!" Yasaka began to cry painfully, and her appearance began changing dramatically.
Her body began to shine and its form gradually transformed Expanding constantly, the nine tails also began to blow up in size.
"RRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!! "
The giant golden beast's roars reverberated across the night sky. Before their eyes, a massive fox monster had appeared. She has the appearance of a giant nine-tailed fox with golden fur. In this form, she has to be at least ten meters in height, and possibly bigger than Fenrir.
"Mother!!!!" Kunoui scream was full of pain. Tears were flowing out of her eyes uncontrollably. She could feel her mother who was in large amounts of pain.
"Holy shit." Saji whispered while looking at the majestic beast in front of him. He looked at Issei who was grinning madly at Yasaka. He then looked at Saji who jolted a little at his intense gaze.
"C'mon, Saji. Let's see if you've improved since your Rating Game with Rias...
