Chapter 2: Story 1 Martial Glory Chapter 2
"Why is she in the roof panel?" I asked dryly as Kensei led me into a room to fill out some paperwork. And low and behold not even five minutes later a woman's head popped out of one of the square roof panels above the room.
Kensei looked up and saw Shigure Kousaka peeping her head out one of the roof panels and the Chinese kung fu master only awkwardly laughed before he blurred out of motion before I could react a loud thumping noise rang out as Kensei shot straight upwards into the space above the roof of the room and loud clattering noises rang out as I awkwardly sat there with the paperwork for my admission into the dojo remaining unfulfilled.
Granted I could only see Shigure for a couple of seconds but I recognized her easily from her sharp eyebrows, dark hair, and her... Massive assets so I was able to easily recognize her.
"Sooo..." I muttered wryly looking at the paperwork and with a shrug I continued filling it out uncaring of the loud thudding noises and the occasional scream of pain from Kensei and the shouts of irritation as when the man succeeded in taking an 'advantage' in their spar that was out of my sight.
Thankfully Kensei wasn't gone long so a minute later he literally fell out of the hole he knocked into the roof to chase after Shigure and as I took him in, I realized Shigure had managed to cut his bowl hat in half and clasped in his hand like the greatest of trophies was her pink hair band.
"Oh, you already filled out the paperwork! Hehe... So about that payment." He lead and even began rubbing his hands together making me roll my eyes at the sight.
I had already taken half my living expenses and once I handed it over to Kensei, he began giggling manically at the sight. Kensei jumped to his feet and then began leading me around the compound of Ryōzanpaku and I got to meet the literally insane people of the place.
First I was introduced to Apachai, the Grand Master of Muay Thai and yeah... Getting my hand shaken to the point of my wrist popping out of its joint was just lovely. "Here you go hehe." Kensei awkwardly laughed as he popped my wrist back into its joint while I held in the pain to cry out in pain.
"It's fine," I said smiling weakly as I looked over to the pouting Apachai who was down on his knees diddling his finger into the ground while muttering depressing things under his breath. "Master Apachai," I called out and the huge man with silvery blue hair with a headband perked up.
"I am going to need your help with physical conditioning so it's fine.' I said wryly and the big man hopped it his feet and I was able to take in just how fucking stacked he was muscle-wise. He wore his typical yellow muscle compression shirt while also wearing red shorts that went down to just above his knees.
"Apachai looks forward to breaking you into a great warrior Haha!" He said throwing forward a trio of blistering fists as though to show his great enthusiasm seeing how I couldn't even keep track of his fists and how the wind from the speedy jabs actually lifted my untucked-in shirt I realized that he was a fucking monster in every sense of the world as he carelessly began shadow boxing as Kensei hurriedly pushed me out of the area.
With a cry of "Apa!" I heard a loud crash and Kensei cursed under his breath as my legs were swept out from under me and I shuddered as I fell to the ground when a large wooden post wrapped up in thick ropes went sailing over my head.
"Our friend Apachai gets a bit excited at the thought of having disciples... Just be patient and either myself or the master of Jujustu Koetsuji can fix you right up if he breaks you a bit haha." Kensei laughed a bit dryly before he shrugged. "Any way you already met the weapons master in Shigure the lady who was checking you out in the meeting room," Kensei explained, I nodded in understanding and then he grunted.
"Anyway, speaking of Koetsuji, I will lead you to him now. As he is likely besides myself, the best teacher in the dojo honestly." He continued and I remained silent as he took me from the outdoor arena and down to the far side of Ryōzanpaku. And I noticed how the large building was attached to the wall of the compound so his little clinic could be accessed.
Coming into the building, I took in how the entrance was a large open area with several stone statues lining the side of the building's large room and as we walked in Kensei told me to take off my shoes. "Koetsuji is very particular about the padded floor of his dojo... If you like your joints being in place make sure to take off your shoes." He said wryly and a voice spoke up in response to Kensei's warning.
"If it's you Kensei, the consequences will be far more severe as you are well aware of my feelings about this." The voice spoke up and then from out of a side room came four people and I blinked in surprise at seeing them.
Besides the Jujustu master, I saw proof of this world is a massive crossover world of martial arts. The three women beside the man were three ladies from the world of Dead or Alive.
The petite blond Marie Rose that was wearing a dress, the more voluptuous brunet Kasumi who was wearing a martial arts outfit, and her cousin Honoka who had lighter almost pink hair and was even more voluptuous was wearing a school girls outfit with a really short skirt.
