Chapter 25: USJ Final Part: All Might goes PLUS ULTRA.
[Third person POV]
After Kaito fell unconscious Sero grabbed him with his tape and brought him back to safety.
"Is he ok?" asked Kirishima.
"It seems to be exhaustion." Momo.
"Oi, Midoriya, what technique was that?" Kaminari.
"Among the breathing techniques that Kaito-san possesses he told me that the 'Sun Breathing' was the strongest, however, after using any form of the technique leaves him exhausted." Midoriya explained while applying ointment to Kaito's injuries.
"On the way here, Kobayashi was the only one fighting, 'we didn't had time to waste on grunts' he said so he defeated them while we kept advancing, then he would catch up." Said Tokoyami feeling remorse at not helping Kaito.
"Why would he bother then? Wouldn't be better to just escape?" asked Shoji.
"He told us to give you this, that you would understand." Ojiro said while handling a type of capsule to Midoriya.
"Alpha-1,24. This is a type of toxin that Kaito developed, it can paralyze almost anyone for 24 hours after injection, this must be the why he remained, to inject it to the villains so that none could escape." Explained Midoriya.
Everyone looked at Kaito.
"Honestly, he is too reckless, we should make sure he gets an earful after this." Said Tsuyu.
"At least he defeated that enemy…" Mineta was interrupted by the asleep Kaito.
"Not…defeated..." mumbled Kaito.
Everyone looked at Kaito surprised.
"Oh yeah, I forgot about this, Kaito-san can somewhat speak while sleeping, it allows him to give information despite not being conscious.
"How many hidden cards does he has?" Sato.
"Let's leave that conversation for later. Now what did Kaito said about not defeating that monster?" Todoroki.
"Ah, yes, Kaito-san, what do you mean, didn't you defeat him?" asked Midoriya.
"Injury…high-speed…regeneration…*SNORE*…injured…back…soon." Kaito mumbled.
'What will we do now, they can teleport us again so we can't escape, and the moment that monster heals up we're gonna be toast.' Thought Midoriya.
After thinking this, a loud sound came from the door and send it flying, a tall muscular man with an angry expression came and walked forward. It was All Might and from his expression one could tell that, he was furious.
'I had a bad feeling so I tore myself away from my chat with the principal and came. I passed young Iida on my way and got a rough idea of what had happened. Good grief, it really makes me angry.' Thought All Might.
'Thinking about how frightening it must have been for the children, and how hard my juniors fought but... that is why... I must proudly say—'
"It's fine now. Because I am here!" yelled All Might.
"ALL MIGHT!!" Everyone yelled.
Once All Might came the nomu finally healed and escape the pit, going back to Shigaraki's side.
"It took you longer than what I though, I guess that kid is more special than we originally though." Said Shigaraki to nomu.
Another consequence of the butterfly effect is that all of the other villains were defeated by Aizawa and or the students of 1-A meaning that the only ones that are a menace are: Shigaraki, Nomu and Kurogiri and all of class 1-A are at the gate, despite being a good change in the story it still was not enough for him to resist against the nomu.
"Students, Aizawa, Thirteen, I'm sorry, but don't worry I'll finish what they've started!" All Might said.
All Might rushed to strike Shigaraki but nomu interfered, All Might delivered a barrage of punches towards nomu but it wasn't enough.
"It doesn't work because of shock absorption. In order to cause damage to Nomu it would be most effective to slowly gouge out his flesh. Whether he'd let you do that or not is a different issue, though." Shigaraki confessed gloating at the fact that he thought All Might couldn't defeat nomu.
All Might tried to German Supplex nomu but failed when Kurogiri opened a portal and made nomu to pierce his waist with its claws.
Kurogiri was planning to make nomu retain All Might and then while being in between the portal, Kurogiri would close it, killing All Might in the process.
However, before he could start his scheme, Midoriya, Bakugo, Todoroki and Kirishima where already in the scene.
Kurogiri wanted to trap Midoriya but Bakugo exploded him away, grabbing the metallic neckpiece Kurogiri had. Todoroki froze half of the nomu making it lose strength in its grip, allowing All Might, Kirishima tried to go for a surprise attack against Shigaraki but failed.
"Earlier the shitty swordsman told me that you could have a real body, he told me that you had a metal neckpiece which made me believe that your real body is under all this smoke, move an inch and I'll blow your head away." Bakugo said threatening Kurogiri.
"That's not so hero like." Said Kirishima.
"In addition to capturing them, they're almost all uninjured. Kids these days are amazing, especially that quirkless one. They make the League of Villains look bad." Said Shigaraki.
"But first we must get our gate back, nomu get out of there and retrieve Kurogiri."
The nomu got out of the portal and half of its body broke due to the ice but it regenerated almost instantly. Afterwards it charged at Bakugo to release Kurogiri.
*CRASH*
A figure impacted towards the wall and everyone was worried for Bakugo, but he was beside them, All Might switched himself with Bakugo receiving damage even though he blocked it.
"Do you not know how to hold back?" Asked All Might.
"It was to rescue my companions. I had no choice, I mean, earlier, that that plain-looking one. He was about to punch me with everything he had, you know. violence for the sake of others makes it admirable. Isn't that right, hero?"
"You know what, All Might? I'm angry, I'm angry at this world that categorizes the same violent acts as heroic or villainous deciding what's good and what's bad! What with this 'Symbol of Peace'? Ha! You're just a device to repress violence. violence only breeds violence. The world will know this, once we kill you!" Monologued Shigaraki.
"That's preposterous. The eyes of white-collar criminals like you burn silently. You just want to enjoy this yourself, don't you, you liar?!" Yelled All Might.
'He's already figured me out?' thought Shigaraki.
"It's three against five." Todoroki.
"Kacchan already exposed the fog's weakness!" Midoriya.
"These guys are crazy but, if we backup All Might we can push them back!" Kirishima.
"No! Run away." Ordered All Might.
"You would have been in trouble if I hadn't done anything earlier, right?" Todoroki.
"That was a different story, young Todoroki, thanks." Said All Might. "But it's fine! Just watch as a pro gives it everything he's got."
"All Might, you're bleeding...Besides, time's—!" Midoriya almost fucks up.
'All Might' he thought.
'It's true that I barely have a minute left. My power has been declining faster than I expected! But I must do this! Why? Because I am....the Symbol of Peace!' Thought All Might.
All Might confronted nomu in a fist fight, they threw punches at each other with enough power to destroy a mountain. All Might knew the weakness of the nomu though.
"If your Quirk isn't shock nullification but shock absorption then there's a limit to it, right?! Made to fight me? If you can withstand me at 100% then I'll force you to surrender from beyond that!" All Might yelled while punching the villain, each punch was faster and stronger than the last.
The battle continued and the nomu tried one last hit towards All Might's injury, All Might knew that he couldn't take the punch, he would lose momentum, strength and speed the moment it impacted, before the punch could connect the injury in the nomu's chest got re-opened due to the barrage of punches, making the punch miss by an inch.
'That wound, it was powerful enough to almost slash in half this villain.' All Might looked at Kaito's direction for a moment. 'Thank you, young Kobayashi, you protected your class with all your might and gave me this chance, I won't waste it!'
"Hey, villain have you ever heard these words?! Go beyond! PLUS ULTRA!"
With those words said, All Might sent the nomu flying out of the USJ. Everyone was shocked at All Might's power.
"It's like he nullified the shock absorption. His brute strength is crazy." Kirishima.
"What insane power. Does this mean he rushed at him so fast he couldn't regenerate?" Midoriya.
"So, this is the top…" Bakugo.
"Is this... the world of pros...?" Todoroki.
While everyone was celebrating Shigaraki has an ugly expression in his face.
"Why…why, why, why, why! We had nomu! We were winning! Could it be that he lied to me!?" Shigaraki was in a breakdown.
"Shigaraki Tomura, calm down, All Might is seriously injured right now, we have enough subordinates to finish him, kill him now!" Kurogiri encouraged Shigaraki.
"Yes, let's kill him." Shigaraki said as he rushed at All Might.
"This is for nomu!"
Midoriya rushed at them (breaking his legs in the process) to stop Shigaraki but then Kurogiri used his body as a link to put Shigaraki's hand as close of Midoriya's face as he could. Suddenly a figure flashed in between both and stabbed Shigaraki's hand, it was no other than Kobayashi Kaito.
(NOTE: HE DID NOT CUT THEM OFF DUE TO HIS KIND NATURE, I KNOW IT SOUNDS KIND OF PUSHOVER, PUSSY, STUPID ETC. BUT THAT'S JUST HOW MC WAS BUILT.)
(A few moments later, around when All Might was trapped near the portal)
Kaito was already conscious but couldn't move his body due to exhaustion.
'I forced myself too much, changing breathing techniques require about 1 minute before using it safely, rapid changing is more useful but tires me at least twice as fast, I changed from Thunder to Water and finally to Sun, my body feels heavy' thought Kaito.
'Even if I can use Sun Breathing for some reason it feels that it is harder than it should be, but why, if I have Yoriichi Tsugikuni's physique then that should be a given, and why am I getting tired from all of this, Yoriichi since forever could run for days and never get tired.'
Kaito's train of thought stopped once he heard the ceiling break.
'That must be the end of the nomu being defeated, I guess I don't have to do anything…wait, for some reason they are faster, I can feel the UA staff near but, they won't arrive in time, Midoriya will die and All Might will suffer worst injuries, I have to stop them no matter the cost!'
Kaito had already forced his body beyond the limit but now he wanted to do it again, ignoring all the pain and damage he was receiving Kaito got into a stance and dashed towards Shigaraki, who was about to kill Midoriya.
(Back to the present)
Kaito's katana had pierced Shigaraki's arm and he was lying on the ground whining.
"Kaito-san!" Midoriya exclaimed.
"It's ok Midoriya, *HUFF, HUFF* I can still fight. *HUFF* Or at least that's what I would say but *HUFF* the back-up is here."
At that moment the UA staff arrived and defeated the villains that recovered, seeing that they had no chance of winning Kurogiri leaves with Shigaraki, thankfully to Kaito Shigaraki got shot in all his limbs, he was happy because this means that canon is still here, definitely not because he almost kills Aizawa and Tsuyu.
The authorities arrived and Kaito finally got the rest he deserved.
[At the villain's hideout]
"Ow… I got shot in both arms and legs. All those underlings wiped out. Even Nomu was beaten. We failed; those kids were so strong. And the Symbol of Peace wasn't weakened at all. You were wrong, Master. So wrong!" Yelled Shigaraki to a monitor.
"No, I wasn't, we just weren't as prepared as we should've been." Sound a menacing voice from the monitor.
"I agree. We underestimated them. Thankfully, we failed under that cheap 'League of Villains' name and not our own. And what about the creature the Master and I created? Where is Nomu?" asked a much older voice.
"Yes, why is he not with you?" asked the menacing voice.
"He was blown away by All Might." Kurogiri confessed.
"What?!" Old voice.
"It was first fighting Kobayashi Kaito and got so damaged that during it's fight with All Might it left an opening that gave All Might the victory. Without coordinates to his precise location, I couldn't use my warp to bring him with us. We didn't have any time to search for him." Kurogiri answered.
"This is a travesty! And after all we did to make him as powerful as All Might." Old voice.
"Well, I suppose it can't be helped. Unfortunately." Menacing voice.
"Power... That reminds me. There were two kids that tried to protect All Might. One was just as fast as him, and the other was a quirkless student that was so strong that it injured nomu and stabbed my arm with that damn swords!" said Shigaraki.
"Oh?" Menacing voice.
"If they hadn't gotten in our way, we might have killed the Symbol of Peace. Those brats... Those brats!" Shigaraki remembered both Midoriya and Kaito in anger.
"Naturally, you're upset. But this was not a futile mission. We've learned many things. Gather the villainous elite. Take all the time you need. I must remain hidden in the shadows, which is why I need you to be my face. A symbol of your own. Tomura Shigaraki. Next time, you will show the world that it should be afraid of you, now Kurogiri sends him to the medical bay." Monologued and ordered the menacing voice.
A portal appeared on the ground and Shigaraki disappeared.
"Now about this quirkless student." The menacing voice started talking.
"Yes sir! His name is Kobayashi Kaito, the first person without a quirk that entered UA, despite being quirkless he has a strong body that could rival those of strength enhance quirks, but what makes him more dangerous is his mind and swords techniques, although I cannot confirm this, I strongly believe that he was holding back most of the time before facing nomu." Kurogiri reported.
"That is fantastic, in all my lifespan only 1 quirkless person has been a subject of importance to me. When our plan begins you have to capture him no matter what, understood?"
"Yes, sir."
'Kobayashi Kaito…I hope you can entertain me, if what Kurogiri is correct then I cannot wait to meet you' said the menacing voice with a wicked smile.
