Chapter 41: The Power of Yin
The cultivation club has now a total of 19 members after the dark-magic students have joined in. The members had a bit of prejudice on them but I easily resolved it by threatening them if they ever had the thought of fighting.
As they had settled down in our place, I instructed them to introduce themselves to one another and after the introductions, I told the others to stay and only the dark-magician students to come with me. We went to the forest which is filled with the darkness of the shadows of the trees to demonstrate my power of Yin.
"Ciaran Virin! Come show me the spell you had used on me again.", I shout.
Ciaran is the second son of the 'Virin' family which is a knight's family yet he's a magician instead. Thanks to studying this world through the academy's library, knights uses mana differently, instead of gathering mana outside them, they use the mana inside their body which can be found in the lower abdomen to form sword aura .
Ciaran gathers mana on the wand and adds more power to it by coating it with sword aura. The problem is that his sword aura isn't that strong probably due to switching to a magician.
Ciaran raises his wand and coated it with aura that is dark-attributed, and shouted [Dawn of the Moon]. After seeing it again, it certainly is powerful but only for the standards of this world, not mine. The power of qi really is much more powerful than mana, that a single yin user could easily cause chaos in this world.
A lot of player-killers enjoyed yin due to its effects on other players. Yin has the ability to put negative effects on elemental techniques which can cause stuns and other effects on players, added with martial arts, made it perfect for player-hunting.
But here, dark magic is only used to caused destruction by casting large projectile spells and necromancy. I'll need them to learn efficient yin techniques in order for them to properly grow as dark magicians.
The days passed as everyone went through the training I assigned to them. The academy was getting ready for the event that would put every student mages to a challenge and I was assigned as the overseer for the students.
I went back to the sky realm on my free time to check on how everything has developed so far. The apostles except for Maria were absent due to attending to their businesses in this world, the village had developed tremendously while I was away, the village could now be called a city due to its size and there are even multiple merchants coming in and out.
The most important thing is that they created a church and a religion including a divine book which contains my story when I led the mortals back in the game to peace and prosperity, I was bored at that time and no event was in play which made me want to do a roleplay as a god.
"I greet the lord Angel.", Maria greets while kneeling.
"To think that I'd see you greeting me like this Maria.", I say
"The apostles told me to greet you with the greatest respect.", she says with a giggle.
"Can you update on the things that has happened."
