Chapter 5: Atlanta is for the dead pt2
Shane: Walking back up to the top of the hill to the base camp we see the others waiting for us at the top.
Stopping when we reach them, I turned and faced Ianthe and the other people that were with her as i introduced her "this is Ianthe... the daughter of my partner, as well as Lori's daughter as well as my niece as they are..."
Ianthe: Cutting him off, I say "this is Jenny and Duane i meet them back in kings county after all this started as I was taking care of dad."
Lori: Looking at her with shock, I look at Shane to see the same expression on his face as his eyes shows happiness with no signs of displeasure of hearing this news.
Looking back at Ianthe I ask "y...y...your father is still alive..." as you can hear the disbelief in my voice.
Ianthe: Yes, dad is still alive he had woke up a few day's ago and I had filled him in as we made our way here with Morgan and his family.
He's with dad right now in the city right now seeing if there's any signs of the government left.
I thought of convincing him not to and just come with us but him and Morgan wouldn't of believed me if I told them that the city had already probably fallen.
Shane: Hah...good old Rick, the same as ever I see even if you tried to convince him not too I'm sure he still would have went with his own plan.
Lori: Yea, your father is as stubborn as they come but it's good to know that he's alive and he's not alone, they might run into....
Ianthe: Hearing dad voice on the radio and the urgency behind it I take it off of my waist when the camp radio also is contact.
Ianthe: Answering, the radio I have I see that Shane went to the one in camp i had asked "dad what is it? are you and Morgan ok!?"
Rick: Yes, we're fine we ran in to a group of people and are trapped in a building with the whole walkers are surrounding us.
The city is completely over runned by the walkers they're everywhere it seems that Atlanta had fallen pretty early when all of this had started.
I don't know if we will be able to get out of here we're trying to think of an plan but there isn't to many thinhs we can think of right now.
What about you? have you found others outside of the city?
Ianthe: Everything is fine on our end, i found mom,Carl, and Shane an I am with them right now just wait and I'll come get all of you.
Do you guys have an flares or something to tell me where you guys are when I get close to the city.
In my head 'even though I already know where they are i probably should go and get Daryl to be with me so his brother won't be more of an pain in the ass than he already is.'
Rick: You're with your mom, Shane and your brother as you can hear the softness and disbelief in what I've asked.
Ianthe: Smiling, I say yes I'm with Mom,Carl and uncle Shane im going to give Mom the radio, while handing the radio to Mom I see the tears in her eyes an Carl's as I walk over to Shane.
Seeing him get up and seeing what can only be seriousness in his eyes with what we just found out I say "Im guessing that Andrea must have told you the same thing as what dad just told me".
Shane: Mhmm, I gone ahead and told them that Rick is Lori's,Carl, and your father as that your here with him being my partner so that they could work better to find an way out.
Ianthe: I can go and get them, and bring them back but I need some more bullets for my gun and a extra mag so while I'm out there I won't be running in to much trouble and also I'll be having one more person with me when I go get them.
Shane: Are you sure? you just got here do you think your mom and brother will be ok with you just leaving by yourself? and who is this other person you are talking about.
Ianthe: Smiling at him I crouched down and open the bag to get a clip to reload my gun and grabbing an extra clip I stand up and turn around to see mom and Carl walking over to us.
Lori: Giving her the radio, sighing as I say Rick said they will shoot of an flare when you let them know your close and "I know that no matter what i say your going to go save them your just like your father in that aspect to kind and stubborn to listen just...be safe ok and come back with your father."
Carl: Big sister I don't want you to go, you just got here I don't want to lose you after your just getting here.
Ianthe: Hugging him as I say "don't worry this time big sister will make sure that this will be the last time that we will have to separate when I come back with the other's we will make an few stops.
And rest a little and then when we reach our destination we will be able to start rebuilding just what in less than a year we will have a place to call home again and start to work on an cure".
Shane: Walking over as I heard what she just said I say "it sounds like you have an plan?"
Ianthe: Letting go of Carl, I say "mhmm, I'll tell you guys about it when i come back with dad and the others as I ruffle Carl's hair and smile at Shane.
Lori: Ok, be safe out there make sure you come back with everyone ok, I don't want to lose my family again.
Ianthe: Nodding, I start to walk away to leave the camp when someone grabs my arm.
Knowing who it is I gently rub her hand with mines as I turn to look at her and say "it's ok I will bring them back as I look at Amy".
Amy: Really...you will save my sister?
Ianthe: Patting her head, I say "don't worry everything will be ok."
Amy: Letting go of her arm, I say thank you my name is Amy and my sister is Andrea when you meet her please let me know.
Ianthe: Smiling, I nod and walk away as I go to the woods before looking back and waving I turn and leave.
Ok first thing first then let's go and meet Daryl before I go and save dad an the others if he's hunting then I have an pretty good idea to where he could be.
