"What's all this about?!"

She then meekly turned to Ackster and lowered her arm as she bowed.

"My lord…?"

Ackster didn't feel embarrassed and didn't do anything about Karandiel except stop her from escalating the conflict with a bunch of swords of light.

"This is who I was talking about. Karandiel, meet Mara. Mara, meet Karandiel. I'll answer any questions and all that as soon as you put down your weapons and stop staring daggers at each other."

Karandiel pointed at the openly hostile Mara with a sword.
