Chapter 1: Chapter 1 - A New Life

Having grown tired of switching schools every month or so, Zella Scott felt a sense of relief when she found out that this would be her new, permanent home. As she stepped out the car, she stared in shock at the giant, three-story building that towered over her. The sense of relief she had found quickly turned into unease. "Are you sure this is the right place? This looks a little, uhm, different." Zella complained. "Don't worry, This is the right address." Her mother reassured. "Now, remember that you have school tomorrow morning, so make sure to unpack your bags and get ready for the day ahead. I sent directions to your school to your 'cellphone' so you don't get lost." Zella nodded and took a look at her phone. She then headed for her new room. She stepped inside the very spacious room, accompanied by its own bathroom, and started unpacking all of her smaller belongings, as her bed and dressers were already set up. Once finished, she sat on her bed and stared out the window at the beautiful view of the moon in the distance. "Wow… This place really is amazing." She mutters to herself. She heads to her bathroom to change and brush her teeth before bed. She lies down on her bed and mutters to herself once more, "Mystic High… Wonder why it's called that…" Before her eyelids slowly grew heavier and heavier as she began to fall asleep.
