Chapter 1: Chapter 1 Prologue
Hi I'm new to writing so if there's mistakes please tell me in the comments so that I can improve on what I'm doing so let's proceed with the chapter

James Asahi a 19 y/o Japanese American a serious yet kind guy who lives in Tokyo to graduate and get his college degree.
His dad is Japanese and his mom is American. He has a love for games like pvp especially to King of Fighters, he was introduce to to the franchise by his dad who played it when he was a kid and it was his favorite. He was so engrossed to the game so much that he begged his mom to let him play longer and asked his dad if he can buy more. His dad was proud and happy that his son gets to play the game that he played before in the past, his mom was happy too but but would get angry at him for playing to long and not doing his homework.
His main and favorite character to him was
Iori Yagami reasons? well because his a badass, a strong martial artist, loves heavy metal, a strong willed individual and he may seem tough but he has a soft side for cats. All in all he liked the Iori so much that he started to cosplay him in every comic con. in his different style of clothing throughout the game.
He even wanted to learn martial arts in the age of 14 y/o and inform his parents that he wants to to learn martial arts and they respect & supported his decision, they even let him participate in martial arts tournaments.
His first tournament he got 2nd place but he never let failure cloud his head so the following years with a strong will he trained through hard work and determination to win by the following 3 yrs he holds the first place spot.
He finished his training and start studying for college for two years but he still plays games on his free time. Now we see him leaving campus in the cold nights of Tokyo while calling his parents to let them know he's coming home.
In the streets of Tokyo streets are filled with people eager to go home for a good night's rest he was at the crossroad waiting for green light to go red, when it turned red he was the first to cross but at the corner of his eye he saw a speeding truck heading towards him and he couldn't do anything because the truck is near him.
He couldn't register the pain he felt but he heard the screams of people and the truck crash at a nearby lamppost other people were gathered around him while others are calling a ambulance but his world gone dark.

Suddenly he started to wake up and he appeared in a room
[James POV]
I woke up in a room that has two chairs and a table, I observe my surroundings when I heard a voice behind me "Hey there kiddo" fighters instinct alarmed me when I turned around and raise my guard up and put on a stance but to my surprise the man Infront of me was none other than the late Stan Lee
"Why don't we sit down and let's talk" he says in a gentle and soft tone on his voice, I nodded .
I took a seat and he starts speaking "I'm sure you have questions but ask them one by one".
"Who are you? are you the real Stan Lee?" I asked
" well no I only use this form so that you can be comfortable you can call me that if you want" he said
'Ok, now that question is out of the way I'm gonna ask the important ones' I said in thought
"Why am I here?" I asked
"You died" he said with sadness on his face
I already know that I died but I wanna confirm it first but It hurts to know that I died. My first concern was my parents
"What about my parents how did they react to my death" I asked with a heavy heart
He sighed " Your parents are doing well but they are still mourning you. Your mother cries every night and your father is blaming himself that he didn't do anything to prevent this" he said
My heart broke when I heard their situation I didn't know it was this bad but why is dad blaming himself? he didn't know what would happen, then suddenly Stan said
" The good news is that they are recovering and trying to move on but the pain is still there" he said
I smiled I was relieved that they are recovering and moving on.
" Where do I go? Heaven or Hell?" I asked
He seemed to be thinking after I said that, It lasted 5 seconds he answered
"Say kiddo how would you like to be reincarnated?" he asked with a smile
I was stunned. Reincarnation is what I found in anime and novels that I read on my spare time.
Stan seems to know what I was thinking he said " I know what your thinking, yes that reincarnation from anime and the fanfics that you read"
I started thinking it for 10 minutes, I asked
" What's the catch?"
"3 wishes and a second chance in life" he said
"In which world do I go?" I asked
"You can choose any world for example the MCU or DC or any kind of anime world or cartoon world it's fine" he said
I started thinking what world will I go,
MCU and DC I'm not going there for personal reasons I need a world well balanced...
balanced...balance!? I know a cartoon me and mom used to watch when I was little.
"is it okay for me to choose the Avatar: The Legend of Korra" I asked
" Yep that fine" he said with a thumbs up
"Ok let's do this" I said with excitement
"My first wish is to look and become like Iori Yagami from KoF, with all of his Fighting Style and Pyrokinesis. My second wish is for full control of Riot of the Blood and my third wish will be full knowledge and control of Orochi Lightning from Orochi Shermie" I said with no hesitation
"Done" Stan said with a thumbs up and a bright smile on his face
I suddenly felt a headache it was unbearable I had to clench the table to endure it.
It lasted for an hour and Stan said " I gave you all the knowledge, powers and fighting styles you requested but you need to train them" he said.
I flashed him a smile and said " Thank you".
He made a portal to what I assume to connect in the TLoK world, as I was approaching the portal Stan put his hand on my shoulder and said " Good luck on your new life and have some adventures kiddo".
I thanked him once again as I walked through I heard him say "Excelsior" the my vision turns bright.
My sight returned to normal as I inspect my surroundings, I'm in some alleyway I exit then saw a scene that made me surprised I saw Republic City in the flesh.
I strolled around the city that has steampunk vibes, I noticed that people are taking glances on me, I saw in their eyes that have curiosity and fear.
I started looking around I found a mirror that was thrown out in the side walk I took a look at me and I was shocked on. what I see. I saw my face and body that are exactly like Iori but a younger version around 15 y/o, my nails have grown longer and sharp now I know why people are scared of me, the sharp clawed hands and my murderous gaze can make anyone piss themselves and my clothes are the same from KoF 15 and I gotta say, I like the drip.
I saw a flash of light duffel bag was placed there that no one is looking there was my name and message on it {Iori Yagami}{For your Essential needs}. I approached it I saw some clothes that Iori has in the game and some money called 'yuan' I counted about 10,000 yuan I had, 'looks like Stan is looking after me' I said in thought.
I spotted a newspaper vendor I bought a newspaper so that I can get some info.
'I learned that Stan send 3 yrs before Canon which is 170 AG today is 167 AG which gives me more time for training before Korra arrives' I said in thought.
I started walking a bit searching for a place to sleep when I felt something on my pocket I pulled it out to reveal a headset and a A&Ultimate sp2000 with another note attached to it {Dear kiddo heres a gift for you so that you won't be bored - By Stan Lee
PS. the battery has unlimited power so that you won't charge it}
I smiled at the message I turn it on and found out that Stan put my playlist here when it was on my phone I selected a song
[ Start playing Gangsta's Paradise ]
'First things first is to train these 3 yrs so I can be strong enough and build my reputation here on these streets I know Amon is lurking in the shadows...but I will kill him' I realized what's happening so I made a conclusion 'It seems that I have inherited Iori's attitude and personality, well what can I say it's a win-win' I started to chuckle then the chuckle turn into a full blown laugh Iori Yagami's signature laugh.
As I was walking away from the crowd some heard the laugh they started to shiver and get away as possible as the wind brush my hair and my clothes causing them to sway
