Power Level and Tier
Power Level measures the power of an individual's attributes based on the level of destruction that they can cause with the influence of that attribute.
Tier 10 - Human: 1-100
Tier for Human-level beings. From below-average unfit adults to more athletic humans, such as trained fighters or generally physically fit individuals. Also include children and commonly seen animals like cats and dogs.
Tier 9 - Superhuman: 100-1,000
Tier for Superhuman-level Beings. From Olympic- athletes and larger animals to beings that can destroy boulders and small buildings, or affect an equivalent amount of area or beings with their powers.
Tier 8 - Mortal Evolution: 1,000-10,000
Tier for Mortal Evolution-level Beings. From beings that can destroy large buildings to beings that can destroy multiple urban city blocks or equivalent areas of space, or affect an equivalent amount of area or beings with their powers.
Tier 7 - Supernatural: 10,000-100,000
Tier for Supernatural-level Beings. From beings that can destroy a small town or settlement to beings that can destroy a mountain, or those who can easily harm characters with mountain-level durability, or affect an equivalent amount of area or beings with their powers.
Tier 6 - Essence Evolution: 100,000-1,000,000
Tier for Essence Evolution-level Beings. From beings that can destroy an island, or those who can easily harm characters with island-level durability to beings that can destroy multiple continents, or those who can easily harm characters with multi-continent level durability, or affect an equivalent amount of area or beings with their powers.
Tier 5 - Planetary: 1,000,000-10,000,000
Tier for Planetary-level Beings. From beings that can destroy a moon, or an astrological object of similar proportion to beings that can create/destroy very small stars, or affect an equivalent amount of area or beings with their powers. They no longer require air to survive and can survive in space with their own energy as support.
Tier 4 - Stellar: 10,000,000-100,000,000
Tier for Stellar-level Beings. From beings that can create/destroy small stars to beings that can create/destroy multiple solar systems, or affect an equivalent amount of area or beings with their powers. They have simple control of space. Can use their bodies alone to essentially teleport within a planet. Can establish and control an extendable pocket space of a 1 to 10 Km radius at will.
Tier 3 - Cosmic: 100,000,000-1,000,000,000
Tier for Cosmic-level Beings. From beings that are capable of creating and/or destroying a galaxy, when the space between celestial bodies is taken into account, as opposed to merely the matter encompassed by them to beings that demonstrate an infinite amount of energy on a 3-D scale, such as creating or destroying infinite mass, or those who can affect an infinite 3-D space. This extends to an infinite number of finite or infinite-sized 3-D universes or pocket dimensions when not accounting for any higher dimensions or time. Large numbers of infinite 3-D universes, unless causally closed from one another by a separate spacetime or existence, only count for a higher level of this tier. Being "infinitely" stronger than this level, unless uncountably so, does not qualify for any higher tier.
Tier 2 - Multiversal: 1,000,000,000-10,000,000,000
Tier for Multiversal-level Beings. From beings that are capable of significantly affecting, creating, and/or destroying an area of space that is qualitatively larger than an infinitely-sized 3-dimensional space, such as space-time continuums (the entire past, present, and future of 3-dimensional space) of a universal scale to beings that are capable of significantly affecting, creating and/or destroying a countably infinite number of separate space-time continuums.
Tier 1 - Extradimensional: 10,000,000,000-100,000,000,000
Tier for Extradimensional-level Beings. Characters or objects that can significantly affect spaces of qualitatively greater sizes than ordinary universal models and spaces, usually represented in fiction by higher levels or states of existence (Or "levels of infinity", as referred below) which trivialize everything below them into insignificance, normally by perceiving them as akin to fictional constructs or something infinitesimal.
Tier 0 - Boundless: 100,000,000,000+
Tier for Boundless-level Beings. Characters or objects can affect structures that completely exceed the logical foundations of reality, causality, and existence. This tier has no endpoint and can be extended to any higher level just like the ones above. Being "omnipotent" or any similar reasoning is not nearly enough to reach this tier on its own; however, such statements can be used as supporting evidence in conjunction with more substantial information.
