Chapter 26: 26. Ice cream date

"Mumma? Who is the man who helped me?" Aaron asked Arabella while walking in the park. He was holding her fingers tightly. He was discharged today and he wanted to have hot chocolate while Ariana was throwing a sudden tantrum for ice cream. Ariana was in her other arms. The little girl has fallen asleep. 

Arabella flinched at Aaron's question. She clearly understood about whom Aaron was asking. He was asking about Damien. 

She didn't know how to answer this question when she wasn't sure about the answer of the question herself. Also as they are in the same town now and Aaron loves to watch news, he will eventually get to know about Damien and her relationship and she doesn't want her children to know about it from others. But she knew it wasn't the right time to reveal about Damien to them. 

Unaware of the matter, her daughter already talked to him and even invited him to their little ice cream and hot chocolate party.
