Chapter 18: Skilled Monsters
"…Alright, Reyleigh you come with us" (Hancock)
Reyleigh felt awkward at this point. Hancock didn't want to before but with Arata's suggestion she finally did.

At this time Reyleigh had entered the Dungeon and was shocked by what he saw, namely a large city with people living normally here.
Reyleigh looked around him and saw no difference from the cities he had visited before.
"You guys guide Reyleigh around town, I'll take Quests and meet clients. When done sightseeing, gather at the Quest Board" (Hancock)

After that they split up, Reyleigh was guided around the city and explained various basic knowledge.
This was done quickly so it didn't take long, in the end it was done in about 30 minutes.
They walked back to the Quest Board and found Hancock already waiting there.
"Sorry sis, we're late" (Sandersonia)
"Not really, I'm just waiting for a moment. The business is done right? Let's go. Reyleigh, you are free to do whatever. We will do the Quest" Hancock asked to which her two younger siblings nodded.
"We are going Reyleigh-san" (Sandersonia)
"See you later" (Marigold)
After saying that, the three of them left. Leaving Reyleigh alone in front of the Quest Board.

POV Reyleigh
Hmmm... It's hard to believe that a city like this existed within the Dungeon. It seems that this is not a Devil Fruit power.
But, roughly where did this Dungeon come from? From what I read in Laugh Tale, there was no such thing at that time.
Interesting.
That Arata, a mysterious person. I sensed no malice from him, nor was it good. No, to be more precise he was a neutral person.
Not taking anyone's side. I'm afraid that other parties will find trouble with him, whether it's the Pirates, Marines or even the World Government.

Reyleigh looked at the Quests displayed on the Quest Board. Quests varied, but he had decided to fight monsters.

It was the Quest that Reyleigh had chosen. After taking the Quest paper, Reyleigh went to the Guild to report to Arata.
Reyleigh arrived at the Guild and saw Arata alone at the counter, while 3 other women were chatting happily in the cafeteria.
"Oh, Reyleigh. Want to take the Quest?" (Arata)
"That's right, this is the Quest. There's no problem right?" (Reyleigh)
"Hmm... Nothing, your Status might be small but with your experience I'm sure you can finish it. But I have a little suggestion, Jumping Sheep has a Skill so there's a limit to how many times it can jump" (Arata)
Reyleigh thought for a moment after hearing Arata's suggestion. Before long, he understood the intent of Arata's suggestion.
"Thanks, I'll be going first" (Reyleigh)
"Take care, come back safely" (Arata)
Reyleigh nodded and walked into the Dungeon. Arriving at the Dungeon, Reyleigh immediately walked towards the client.
The client was a man in his 40's who owned a butcher's shop.
Upon arriving at the butcher's shop, Reyleigh immediately walked in and saw a client chopping meat.
Seeing that the client was busy, Reyleigh waited a while until he finished doing his job.
"Excuse me. I am Reyleigh, the adventurer who took your Quest" (Reyleigh)
"Hmm.. Oh, that's you. Thank you for taking it, my name is Henry. But I see you are old enough, is that okay?" (Henry)
"No problem, I have experience in defeating monsters" (Reyleigh)
"Alright, I believe you. The location of the monsters is in the east of the city, also you don't need to rush. There are still 2 days before my appointed time" (Henry)
"I'll try to finish today if I can, if not come back today maybe finish tomorrow" (Reyleigh)
"No problem, be careful" (Henry)
"Thank you, excuse me" (Reyleigh)
Henry nodded and Reyleigh headed straight east of town. Reyleigh was stopped briefly at the east gate to inquire about identity and purpose.
Reyleigh gave him the Adventurer's Card and told him his goal was to complete the Quest that had been taken.
The gatekeeper made no further inquiries and let Reyleigh out.
Reyleigh also felt a threat when he left the city. But this did not frighten him, but on the contrary excited him.
Continue walking for about 10 minutes until finally Reyleigh arrives at a plain with grass as high as 30 cm, and the sheep he is aiming for are around 20 heads.
'So there's the sheep, it looks like a regular sheep but a bit bigger. For the males have horns large enough'
Reyleigh didn't rush forward but looked for the lone sheep, and finally found his target.
The lone sheep has a good distance from the other sheep so if Reyleigh attacks it, it won't attract the attention of the other sheep.
Unless the sheep can get away from Reyleigh.
Reyleigh's weapon of choice is a sword, but she does not use her own.
Even if it's not a Named Sword, it can't be used in the current Reyleigh State.
Reyleigh sneaked up behind the sheep, intending to hurt it before it could jump off.
Seeing that the sheep didn't notice, Reyleigh immediately swung his sword at the sheep's head.
The attack was successful, but the sheep immediately jumped high intending to run from Reyleigh.
With his experience, Reyleigh predicts the direction of the fall of the sheep and prepares beneath it.
The sheep falls and is unable to dodge when Reyleigh attacks from below. The attack hits the sheep but unfortunately the sheep isn't dead yet.
Enraged at being attacked, the sheep sprinted away from Reyleigh to square off.
After far enough, the sheep ran fast enough towards Reyleigh. And after the distance between them reduced to 5 meters, the sheep jumped.
But the jump does not lead up but forward towards Reyleigh. This happens because the running momentum of the sheep changes the direction of the jump.
Reyleigh didn't expect this, but managed to dodge. Despite dodging, Reyleigh still received minor injuries from the unexpected attack.
The sheep ran again to take a swing, and repeated the attack again.
Since Reyleigh already knew the move, he could easily dodge it. While dodging he also swung his sword to attack the sheep.
After repeating this several times, finally the sheep almost used up its MP which caused the sheep to not be able to jump anymore.
Seeing this, Reyleigh didn't wait long before fully attacking the sheep. And finally the sheep was defeated, dropping meat and fur.
'Phew, quite a challenge against this sheep. Especially with my strength tuned to that of a normal person. Because the sun is still high, I will continue again'
Reyleigh repeated the process until he had all the ingredients requested. Finished at around 5.15 where it was getting quite dark.
Apart from meat and fur, there is also sheep horn which is obtained from beating rams.
The total number of sheep he defeated today was around 14 sheep, average level 1 but Reyleigh managed to beat level 2 sheep. Even though he was injured more than level 1 sheep.
Since the Quest had been successful and it would be night soon, Reyleigh returned to town to report this.
