Chapter 1: Reborn as Luffy
Aswin Retavat was an ex-indian navy officer. He was in a special force of navy unit where he learn kick-bocking, kung fu, judo, taichi, Karate like many martial arts and was proficient in it. He had learn sniping and commanding. Not only that after retiring he began teaching the new cadetes the martial arts, sniping and strategy .After 5 year he stoped teaching . After that he stared watching anime and soon he took interest in them and one piece of one of the faviorate anime of his. So he began reading manga of one piece. He had just finished the reading the latest chapter and he got an intersting mail. He considering as a joke so he answered as it is.
'do you wish to be reborn in one piece ?' ~ Yes
'As whom ?' ~ Monkey D. Luffy
'Any wish ?' ~ 'My devil fruit should be hybrid between rubber-rubber fruit and rumble-rumble fruit'
After aswin answers the questions, computer suddenly exploded with the blinding light.

You can see a 5 year boy in the middle of the forest. Who was doing the push-ups currently. he was aswin retavat, currently known as the Monkey D. Luffy. He was reborn as luffy five years ago, he was shocked to born as luffy but he quickly got over it and he decided to live his life freely while enjoying as much. He knew this world was slightly different then the what he read and this world had corrected itself. You wonder how I know about it so much because my grandpa Monkey D. Garp is known as marine hero noticing how smart I am, He would give me coded information and i have to decode it to understand.
Oh well but last 1 year was hell to me, seriously considering i was from the navy normal traning doesn't count as hell but who the hell drops the 4-5 year boy to the in the endless pit, who would tie him to ballons and let it fly and then pop the all the balloons, who the hell drops the 5 year old boy in the middle of the forest.
sigh!...any way i have to this type of training does make you fearless and Stronger quickly. And if i want to live freely i have to be stronger than anyone else.
After one week luffy got out of the forest where garp was waiting for him. after seeing him garp laughed and said," that's my grandson, he got out of forest without serious injuries bwahahah..."
"Come on let's go back to the ship we are moving away from this island" said Garp.
" okay Gramps i'm coming and i also want meat, alot of meat I am hungry" said a drooling luffy.
For the next weeks on the marine ship aside from traning , eating, sleeping, Luffy started exploring the ship and was observing the ship with it's technology and design. He toured all the rooms on the ship, quickly mentally noting all the things which could be useful in his future joureny and future ship but only available only for marines.
He tried asking his grampa about the things he found but garp being garp only want to eat his donuts and rice crackers pointed his right hand man to answers luffy's question Luffy also paid attention and watch carefully the cadets learning the rokushiki techniques and analysed the traninng methods.
During time on the ship, Garp also furrther up the 'training' of luffy. He drops luffy into the endless ravine, tying him up with hundreds of balloons and letting him fly up and popping one ballon after another, letting him fight with various animals in the jungle. Even though his grandfather's methids of traning a 5 years old kid were outright murderous.
luffy had to admit that he was growing stonger with each session of his survival training was effectively improving his combat power, combat experience and his ability to survive in such harsh environment.
Luffy was with Garp for 1 whole year travelling the seas. Ones he turned 6 he and his grandfather went to foosha village for him to only be left to the mayor wood slap and the village's bartender makino.
over the next year he continue to secretly train in the forest and took this chance to learn from makino the social skills, deploment skills like manners that were common in the one piece world but he learn them very fast thus given the title of genius by the villagers.
luffy's training now considered 1000 push up, 1000 pull up, 1000 sit ups and 20 km running. He also constantly hunted animals in the forest or fishing to have higher nutrition intake to maintain his energy consumption while training. He also takes alot of milk from cows to gain height.
finally when luffy 7 years old he has already with the height of 9 years old. his body is alredy toned and you only will see it if he his naked. jast as expected shanks and his crew had come to fooshi village.
luffy becames friend with entire crew from the start and he liked them due to their not care attitude in life. But when the bandit higuma came down to makino's bar to buy sake and humiliate shanks,luffy was angry and in that anger signs of conqurer's haki even when luffy has yet to awaken it and it was felt by shanks ans some of his stronger crew. In that anger luffy began to eat "gomu gomu no mi". The taste of the devil fruit was so disgusting but he still ate the fruit.
when the bandit left shaks attention came to luffy who was still eating the devil fruit. " hey, what are you eating ? " asked shanks. after shanks asked all of others gather their attention on luffy.
" me I am eating your desert, it's disgusting though ?" said luffy with funny face.
"ehh!!! you mean the one was in the box i brought ? did you really eat the fruit in the box luffy?! " asked shanks angrily.
"Do you know what you did ? you ate a devil fruit and it's looks like you are made of rubber now and because of that you will never be able to swim again in your life." shouted shanks.
Luffy gave an exaggerated cry to fake his reaction. At that time none of the present knew expect luffy that what luffy ate was not the rubber rubber fruit but it was rubber-rumble fruit. A mixture of rubber-rubber fruit and rumble-rumble fruit.
The next day he waited for higuma to come down the mountain, he waited till noon and then proceeded his first kill of his identity as Luffy made makino to get the bounty of higuma telling a lie that he just found out that higuma was there at the ground.
luffy kept his bounty hidden for future. Just like in the cannon shanks gave him the straw hat because of his kingly disposition and his speech about being a pirate and gathering the stronger crew than shanks. Luffy still got the strawhat and shanks did not loose his arm to save luffy. This gave luffy hope that as long as hhe was strong enough he could change the future enough to avoid mahor tragedies in luffy's life. Not for that he doesn't like owing favors to someone who he is not related.

One month after shanks leave Garp arrived complaining that 'Red Haired' may come back and corrupt luffy more so he decided to take luffy to dadan's house in the mountain and just left him there after blackmailing the bandits. Where luffy gets the first shock of his life since he reincarneted as luffy.What he saw infront of him was female virson of aces 'Portugas D. Ann'.
however luffy quickly get out of the shoked state gets his first lesson that this world is real not some anime or manga,so that he decided to train more seriosly.
After that goes same as canon, With only difference being him training seriously. However when Sabo goes missing ann releases her conquerer's haki shocking both him and his grandpa. After that ann gets more attached to luffy. So luffy and Ann trains together with weights he bought from the bounty of higuma, not only that he trained the ann in fighting techniques from previous life. As they countinue to train time passed by..
