Chapter 5: Information Gathering
Necahual's routinely lifestyle begin.
Since he was just a newborn he had to experience the shame of being a baby, but that didn't affect his desire to learn about this world.
It's been 6 months since his birth. Necahual has been gathering information, his fathers name is Zelton, Chief of Tecuani Village.
Tecuani Village is one that revere the strongest felines on the forest the tiger and jaguar.
Tecuani village is about 2 hours walking distant from the beach.
The village sustains itself base on hunting, fishing and farming. But they have also established trade with a few of the neighboring villages. There's five villages neighboring Tecuani Village. Some further than others but most of them are within one days walking distance.
The Village East of Tecuani has a feud with us. They have allied with some other villages further east and south east of our village. Form what he heard they say that supposedly the Tecuani's stole this land from them, but they most probably are just jelly.
The villages West of us are our allies, and we are on friendly terms with the villages South of us.
On the night of my birth my mother said that they will show their enemies their power, probably meaning the villages east from us.
The population of this village is close to 300, 68% consisting of females, and 25% being kids.
My mother was a general leading a group of females into battle, my aunt also being part of this group.
Annoying as she may be she should be fierce mentality since she can go to battle and still have that friendly personality.
They haven't mention anything about the outside world, so either they all are primitive in structure or they haven't venture out of the forest to explore.
From the conversation I have heard, the structure in the village is divided combat, support and logistics.
My parents belong to the combat category.
The support are those that can make things much easier for them, as-well of the medical team.
In every squad there's someone that can help if someone is in need of medical treatment, that doesn't mean that their abilities are always suitable for the type of wound, but they try to save the parson, so that something.
The logistics are those that can make things, I heard there's a guy that can make water anywhere, another can manipulate the trees. One of my fathers friends can make energy shields.
Those people are cool.
My mother apparently is able to create an avatar of herself, this avatar can do anything she can.
It can fight, run, jump high, lift things, it a really convenient thing. I still don't know how it works, but I'll find out. It supposedly can be separated from mother about 1km. I don't know it that's the limit, they never mentioned it.
My father on the other hand can create clones of him self. They run on his physical energy so the more he eats the more energy he'll have and the longer he can keep them around. I don't know the limit of the clones but I saw him make 7 when mother took me to the training ground and he was sparing with other clansmen.
With any of those powers I'll be content, I still don't know with which one I'll get, or if it's even possible to get both or none.
I guess I'll just have to wait and see.
In the mean time my mother and my annoying aunt have started teaching me about the folklore of ours.

Also according to them we are indeed royalty, more that 600 years have pass since then but according to their tales, our ancestors where from a royalty that escape when some pale skins arrive at their lands, the then king sent his youngest son along other into hiding in case of anything were to happen.
After that for a few years nothing happen, but then all the community stop between them and the son sent some guards to check if everything was fine.
They never came back, thus the son decided to stay there and thus that's how this village came to be.
Pretty interesting if I do say so, creditable not really, but mother in fact show me a golden round Seal made of pure gold that supposedly confirms our lineage, so the story did incline to be true.
But the past is the past, now we are just a simple village, a super powered village, but a village nonetheless.
