Stepping out of my room I'm greeted by five guards stand around the entrance waiting to escort me to the dinning area for breakfast. These five are my personal guards fin, baser, link, zed and will. The first three use swords while the others spears and all are valyrian steel
"Good morning young lord, heard the dragon made you wet your pants yesterday" says baser with a mocking smile
"Yes it was really scary baser, I know you would make an excellent scale cleaner for my dragon" I reply with a smile "after all I can't take care of my dragon with how it frightened me and with how your the most skilled and fearless dragon knight I know you'll do just great"
The rest of the guards smile because they know just how aggressive tempest dragons are to humans that are not their riders, it's not that they are crazy or anything they do just fine around other dragons, just not so we'll around other humans that actively approach them, so basically sending someone to do that would mean...
"Ahem your grace I think you miss understood"baser trying to find a word to get himself out the mess
"Calm down I won't be sending you"I say and seeing him relax I continue "well not alone I would love to watch the show" I and the others bust out in another laugh
We head towards the dinning area where I see my family waiting
At the head of the table sitting is a handsome middle aged man with white hair, purple eyes, a sharp jawline beautiful white skin. He sat there with an air of authority around him, his name Anton veldora lord of house veldora and beside him was my mother I meet this morning already, besides her was a woman having around the same height as her with snow white hair purple eyes that looked enchanting, a round small face with a little nose red lips and although she is sitting you could tell she's grace with a beautiful body and she is my aunt methis veldora, then another man with white hair, purple eyes and a similar resemblance to my dad was sitting on the opposite side of the table my uncle foton veldora to his side was my fiancée with silver gold hair, pale blue eyes and really cute face with which you could tell she will make heads spin once she grows up and besides her was my little sister selia looking About the Same age as my fiancée eight name days long snow white hair a doll like face. Across her sitting besides my aunt is my younger brother branton veldora looks like the smaller version of my dad really.
As I entered I just glanced around with a smile to take a sit near my brother while greeting the table after which I greet my father directly
"good morning father, mother"I greet while bowing my head slightly
"Yes my boy, I can see that the bonding went well" reply's my dad with a smile "after breakfast you will go to the Aldin's tower for your lessons"
"Yes father"
"Ah you have to also spend time with bahamut " reminds my dad
"Yes father, I'll do that right after my lessons with grand master aldin" I reply
From what I can remember before I passed out during the bonding ceremony I named the dragon bahamut, well the name is badass so I have nothing to complain about

Anton veldora POV
I watch my son step into the dinning area, his eyes glancing at everyone on the table as though he seeks to confirm everyone's identity. After he greets me I couldn't help but be dazed by his innocent smile, a smile I want to protect at all cost but not just his but every member of my house.
After the morning meal is done the kids leave towards Aldin's tower for their lessons with the grand mage, I signal my brother and sister along with my wife for us to move to my solar.
We are sitted and I begin by telling them about my latest meeting with the dragon counsel, a gathering of the ruling dragon lord houses.
"They just passed my words off like always again" I say with a tired sigh "they still believe I am trying to stall their progress, thinking they are close to discovering a way"
"Well the other houses have always been greedy for power brother, it was to be expected" reply my brother with a blank face, showing that he expected the out come
"True husband, the dragon lord's have been know to be blinded by ambition once the set out for something" say melia
"How much time do we have left, I don't think we should be using it wasted as we are, trying to convince them is like trying to make the color of the ocean change"say methis my sister
"From what the gods told me we have six years before the doom befalls valyria" I sigh again
"If my memory is correct the little house of the Targaryen has been away from valyria for six years now" methis
"No, been away isn't the right word to use, they have relocated thier entire family" I reply
"They say we put them up to it, saying we paid for a daughter of thier house, daenys was it to put on that act of receiving dragon dreams" says my brother "and its been what?.. six prosperous years after they left"
"Yes that only re-arfirmmed their belief that it was a hoax " says melia my lady wife
"Hmm brother I think we should leave as Aenar Targaryen did" say methis
"No, no we can't" I reply
"And why is that husband"asks melia with a raised brow
"Well, I received another dream with instructions"I reply
"And that being"asks my brother slightly at the edge of his sit
"The gods seeking to purge valyria that is true, but the don't wish total end. It is to those that have hand or are influenced by this... abomination being carried out"I say
"So that mean there is a way out for us right" my sister pressed on
"Yes but it will require a sacrifice"I reply and that atmosphere becomes gloomy and dreadful
The gods don't normally ask but when they do their price is great
"So what do they require"ask my lovely wife with a frown on her beautiful face
"First I'll tell of their plans " i reply, taking a moment to calm them down "they plan to wipe those who have hands in the abominations the dragon lord's commit in the name of achieving higher power, but the gods will spear one who will bring valyria to a higher peak but not only that there is another reason, a threat comes in the form of ash, fire and shadow, the one who is to build again the dragons home is to be their champion that will guard the world from the nightmares that approaches and the ever chilling cold that takes and gives nothing"
"So who does the prophecy speak of"asks methis
"It's my son, viston veldora" I reply
After a moment of silence melia asks "and what is the price for this so called mercy they bestow our family"
"Melia watch how you speak, the.." I try to admonish her but she cuts me of
"They just killed people and put such a burden on my son who has no part in this" melia
"Calm down melia at the very least he gets to live right" says methis "now calm down let's hear the price before we speak further" continues methis as she nods at me to continue
"They ask for a sacrifice of blood and magic. I have decided that I along my dragon shall give our lives to fulfill this as I and my dragon are the two of us satisfy the standard they set I as a sacrifice along with my dragon falmor " I reply "the gods have given me a ritual after I presented my self as a sacrifice, it will keep those I perform it on and the area in the same moment for a long time, they will not age and when they wake it will be as if the ritual was just performed"
"So how large will this cover" ask my brother
"It should cover at the very least half of our land so our army and wealth could fit in"I reply"and there is another attached ritual to rid the freehold of the effects of the gods wrath"
"So you wish to leave me behind anton" says melia with a blank face, she sighs "I'll do it with you"
"No you can't, you are needed here with the children" I deny, I am going for them and I'll do my duty as a lord and father while she will do hers as a mother and advisor to the children and our house, alongside my brother and sister
"He is right melia you are needed here with your children and house" says methis
"But the second part we would need other older members of the house to agree to be sacrificed for that along their dragons"I tell them
"I'm sure the will agree to do it, our family has always been a united one"says my brother
"Especially when they see you are participating as well it will give them assurance" reply's methis nodding solemnly
Melia stands and walks to me, sitting on my lap she begins to cry softly and bitterly
