Chapter 5: class..

chapter 5

skeleton with proficiency in magic.

I chose the Skeleton Mage as my race, reasoning that skeletons don't have a gender, or at least, I didn't think they did.

After selecting my race, a panel materialized in front of me:

Enter the name:

(Nemesis)

Now it was time to choose my spawn area. Among the options, I picked the one that seemed the most daunting:

\[Hellheim\]

As I made my selection, my vision blurred momentarily, and when it cleared, I found myself in a new and unfamiliar location.

"So, it's finally game time," I exclaimed, ready to dive into the virtual world. Without wasting a moment, I launched an attack at the nearest monster, only to meet an untimely demise.

*After a year*

I decided to quit my job since I no longer needed it. I had discovered ways to earn money within the game, although it wasn't as lucrative as my monthly salary. Nevertheless, I could sustain myself.

I purchased another dive device for Sara. Of course, I had a reason behind it—it was an investment. I believed in her potential.

My racial class had evolved into an \[Elder Lich\], and I had become renowned as a professional player. Now, I dedicated my time to helping Sara level up her character.

*After two years*

I became the first player to clear a new dungeon that had suddenly appeared. Within it, I discovered a powerful artifact known as a \[World Item\]. Unfortunately, someone spotted me and leaked the news to the public.

Now, I found myself being pursued by both human and demi-human players who flocked to Hellheim in search of the coveted World Item in my possession.

*After another two years*

I had faced numerous deaths, but by sheer luck, my World Item had never dropped. Finally, I managed to find refuge in the heart of Hellheim, where formidable monsters roamed. However, as it was my spawn area, I had extensively explored it and identified safe havens.

It was during this time that I formed a guild with Sara. We smoothly completed the guild creation mission and named our guild \[Seekers\]. I won't delve into the reasons behind the name, but I did establish one crucial rule for the guild—only Heteromorphic players could join.

Within a year, we rescued several individuals who were being hunted by PK guilds, and they decided to join our cause. As time went on, our guild grew in both size and influence, nearly conquering Hellheim.

*Four years later*

Deep in the heart of Hellheim, we stumbled upon a grand tomb comprising nine formidable floors. It took us four grueling months to clear it, but as a reward, we obtained a powerful \[World Item\].

Having accomplished this feat, I made the decision to disband the guild and create a new one, with the tomb serving as our new base. However, my guild members opposed my choice of name, and after a vote, Sara's suggestion emerged victorious.

The new guild was christened \[Whitebane\], and while I admit it was a fitting name, it still couldn't compare to my original selection.

Undeterred, I chose a name for the tomb without any interference this time:

\[The Great Rubik Tomb\]. To my surprise, nobody opposed it. I named it as such because it had nine floors, akin to the nine stickers on one face of a Rubik's Cube.

With our new base established, we embarked on a mission to create our guild's weapon. Gathering the necessary materials took a year of relentless effort and significant financial investment. In its final form, the weapon was a flying cube with extraordinary abilities, enhancing racial skills.

I named it [the cube]
