Chapter 1: Chapyer 1
As I opened my eyes, I was met with an unfamiliar ceiling. No, not a ceiling but a bunk. Although perplexed, I reigned in my raging emotions and closed my eyes. Let's think. For some reason, I cannot access my mind palace. Fine, lets recall all I can. My name is Adoneous Valcornis, a prodigy of the United Goverment Of Earth, and was developed as the first of the perfect humans. Wait, theres another set of memories. My name is also Marvalos, no last name, an ordinary orphan, usually bullied and underdeveloped as he was forced to give up all of his share of food to the bully and his hengemen. He was even persecuted because of his devilish appearance, red eyes and a brown skin.
I once again opened my eyes. A new life. Well, in my last life, even though I hated it, I was forced to follow rules and all the orders of my superiors. Since I have awakened my latent memories, I will live better. As I got off my bed and stretched, I was perplexed at the state of my own body. A single word was enough to describe it, pathetic. Well my life was cut out for me. Right as I was about to walk out of the room, a tap on the window caught my attention. A barn owl, with a letter in its mouth. It was approximately 15% larger than normal as well. Huh, how strange. I opened the window and took the letter. Ignoring its expectant gaze, I started to read the letter.
After reading it, I promptly realised I was completely and utterly fucked. Not only was it addressed to Marvalos Adoneous Valcornis, but was an acceptance letter, to Hogwarts, a school tailored for Wizards and Witches. Unexpectedly, I was grinning. The world of Harry Potter, a world of magic and mystery. How wonderful. All my knowledge, wisdom, and talents, with magic. I started to laugh. Keeping the letter secure under my pillow, I once again sat on my bed. A professor would arrive to inform me about the intricacies of the world. Well, we shall see.
I started to stretch my body. However there was only so much I could do. Soon, Mrs. Melina, the caretaker of the orphange, came to the dorm.
"Marvalos, there is a professor here for you."
I gave a small smile and looked at her.
"Thank you. If you would be kind enough to guide him or her to me ma'am."
Thank al the omni-controlling beings for making the caretaker so uncaring. Even if she caught onto the abrupt change within me, she completely ignored me. My room-mate, and my bully, gave me a nasty sneer on his way out, and soon a tall man, dressed in black clothes came into view. He had hair reaching his shoulders, with his nose crooked, probably from being broken over the course of time. He had yellow teeth, and a deep voice.
"Mr. Valcornis. My name is Severus Snape, however, you shall refer to me as Professor or Mr. Snape. You have been born with the gift of magic and thus are applicable to enter the school of Witchcraft and Wizardry, Hogwarts. I shall be taking you with me to buy your supplies. Ask any and all questions you may have now."
I pondered over my thoughts for a moment before asking my questions. I made sure not to look at his in the eyes, although t would do little to prevent access to a master of the mind arts such as him.
"Please show me some proof of the existence of Magic. As an orphan, I am without funds, so I hope the school truy has some sort of scholarship. Also, is there any way to know my family, if it exists?"
I could feel the man looking at me for a few moments before waving his wand and turning the stool nearby into a snake and then swiftly changing it back. Then he said,
"The school has funds for orphans like you, which must be paid back upon emancipation at the age of 21 and yes, there are inheritance tests at the Wizarding bank. Now, if you do not have any more questions we will be going to Diagon Alley."
The man within a few moments grabbed my hand and we teleported to a vibrant street full of hustle and bustle. As I followed the man from behing, I could not help but notice that he had a certained poise and alertness in his posture. Certainly, a man who had seen and been a part of war. Soon we reached a croocked marble building, with the words 'Gringotts' gilded over the entrance in gold. As we entered, the man did not even spare a glance at the dwarf creatures, at whom I could not help but stare. Soon we walked upto a golbin teller, seated high, and Professor said,
"A withdrawal from the Hogwarts Vault and an Inheritance Test, the charge to be taken from the Hogwarts vault."
The goblin looked at the man once, then me, and in a rough but sharp voice called out,
"Bloodslash! One inheritance test."
A goblin came upto me and said,
"Please follow me."
Bowing to Professor Snape once, I started to follow the goblin. Soon we entered a room with a number of concentric circles and a number of minuscle runes etched all along. He brought to me a small bowl and said,
"Drop three drops of blood on this."
After I followed his instructions, he started to levitate it and took it to the very centre of the circles. Soon the circles started to glow red, and a piece of paper materialised in front of him.

I was visibly dissapointed. A house would have given me immense power and control in this situation. However it was good in a way as well. I would necessarily have to take part in politics. Thanking the goblins, I started to go back to the main lobby. I once again met up with Professor Snape who promptly asked me,
"Did you recieve an inheritance?"
