Chapter 2: PASSION BESIDE IDOL
Insu had another passion besides idol: singing. She loved to sing and dance, and she had a beautiful voice. She had always wanted to be a singer, but she didn't have the confidence or the opportunity to pursue her dream. She lived in a small town in India, where there were no music schools or agencies. Her parents wanted her to study hard and become a nurse like her mother. They didn't support her musical aspirations and thought they were unrealistic and childish.
But insu never gave up on her dream. She practiced singing and dancing in her room, watching idol videos and learning from them. She admired their talent and their hard work, and she wanted to be like them. She especially looked up to YOUNG-MIN, who had overcome many difficulties and challenges to become a successful idol. She felt a connection with him, as if he understood her and encouraged her.
She decided to take a bold step and audition for a K-pop company. She had heard that some companies were looking for foreign trainees, and she thought she had a chance. She recorded a video of herself singing and dancing to a idol song and sent it online. She hoped that someone would notice her and give her a chance.
