"Isabella's POV

Andreas was very worried at this point, and I just watched him with concern etched on my face. He went over to the window and pulled the drapes to look outside. I heard him repeatedly mutter the words "No," and that was enough to get me out of bed.

I went to look out the window while Andreas was leaving the room. When I looked outside, I saw why he looked so bothered. There were strange aircrafts in the sky, and that meant that the vampires were back.

"Isabella," Andreas called from behind me, and I turned around to see him at the door. "Whatever you do," he said, "Do not leave this mansion."

"But…" I tried to protest.

"Please, Isabella," he pleaded. "I will come to you, so just stay here, okay?"
