Chapter 37: World reset and unknown betrayal!

"Hey hey Raphael, don't make such quick judgements. I controlled it." Lionheart smirked. He was currently surrounded by extremely dense mana. The mana was so strong that the world itself wasn't able to handle the weight of his existence and started collapsing.
If Lionheart didn't control his power, he might accidentally travel to the end of the universe. Even the law of time and law of space arround him dissolved and gave birth to pure chaos.
The world around him, including Antares, turned into void and chaos.
"This... He is suddenly stronger than all of us?!" Beast monarch exclaimed. Being the beast monarch, his instincts were the third strongest here. Only weaker than Ashborn and Antares. Beast monarch immediately saw his death when he looked at Lionheart.
"What the hell?! Is this guy some secret weapon of Rulers?! Then why did they never use him in the past loops?!" The frost monarch cried out.
Suddenly the beast monarch burst into a mist of blood.

"What happened to Rakan?!" Yogumunt, the monarch of transfiguration, fell on his knees in fear. Even though he had his pride as a monarch, he knew that his death was determined. If even Antares, the strongest monarch wasn't able to stop Lionheart, then hoping to escape now would be just a mere dream for him.
Lionheart let out a laugh and opened another gate using his magic. This time, the rulers walked out of the gate.
"You guys, hand me the cup of reincarnation." Lionheart directly asked the rulers. He could have killed all the monarchs and then used the cup of reincarnation, but that would just be extra work since he would have to kill them twice. It's better to kill them all together in final loop.
"Do we have a choice...?" The leader of Rulers asked Lionheart. He was trembling as he spoke.
"Does it look like you have a choice?" Lionheart replied by releasing more of his aura. All the rulers and monarchs, except ashborn and the current leader of Rulers, were forced to kneel under the pressure of the aura. Their bones were shattering under the sheer pressure from just Lionheart's aura.
"...F-Fine..." The leader of Rulers extended his hand and passed a cup towards Lionheart. In some normal scenario, he won't have given such a precious artifact to anyone, but this is no normal scenario. The leader of Rulers decided to put all his hopes on a single possibility that Lionheart won't pursue the destruction of world.
Leader of Rulers was strong enough to resist Lionheart's aura barely, but he knew that Lionheart didn't even unleash his full power yet. If he somehow angered Lionheart, and Lionheart decided to end the world because of him, won't his whole life that he wasted on trying to save this world be a failure then?
"Good choice." Lionheart took the cup of reincarnation and looked at it.

""Wha?!"" Everybody at the scene was shocked out of their wits. Not only did no one expect Lionheart to destroy the cup of reincarnation, they never even thought that such a strong artifact made of unknown invincible material could be crushed so easily by someone.
"Such a weak thing was keeping this world from getting destroyed? Pathetic." Lionheart threw the broken cup on the ground. The cup slowly disintegrated into energy and disappeared.
"Listen. Rulers and Monarchs, you are not allowed to interfere with this world in next reset. If any of you tried, I will personally turn you into oblivion for eternity." Lionheart said as he further increased the pressure of his aura.
Somehow even the dead ones, Antares and Rakan, heard his voice.
"But... How are you going to reset this world?" Ashborn asked Lionheart. Ashborn was also struggling to stand up under the pressure of the aura but he was the strongest here so he was still able to resist a little.
"A petty act such as resetting the world is not even worthy of being recognised as my work." Lionheart simply snapped his fingers with a smile and a bright light enveloped the whole world. The world returned back to nothingness and not just this world, all the universes in this multiverse returned back to nothing.
The time moved as it should have.
The absolute being created the world...
Monarchs and Rulers fought for control...

Finally, ten years before the date of reset, Lionheart suddenly reappeared in this world.
This time, there were no Gates, no Hunters, no Monsters, no otherworldly invasion problem. Just normal human world.
