Chapter 12: Immortal Ancestor is shocked for the 7628263rd time
Jin Wu put the pills in Liu Ying's hand, rolling up his sleeves, "Nah! Today, you get what's coming, bitch!" Mu Yu curled her fingers, "Come on! Who's scared of a pussy like you?!" Jin Wu snarled as he lunged at her, starting a dust brawl.
Long Zi ignored them, turning to Liu Ying, "Madam City Lord, these pills are very beneficial for your soul. Junior suggests that Madam City lord not refuse. Apologies for being rude, however the growth of Golden Willow city still requires Senior to watch over it."
Liu Ying sighed and took the pills, nodding with a smile, "I understand. Zi'er, be sure to come when Wei'er arrives." as she walked away happily, dragging Jin Chen and Teng Lin behind her while leaving the courtyard, closing the door behind her.
Long Zi looked at the dust brawl as the dust cleared.
Mu Yu and Jin Wu were sitting there along with another guy, who had green hair, holding three swords. The guy said "What the?!" before running off and disappearing into a portal.
Nobody seemed to notice as Jin Wu got up, dusting himself off as he said "Alright, Sarah. Cough up everything you got." Mu Yu returned to normal, getting serious as she nodded.
Jin Wu waved Long Zi over as Mu Yu flipped her palm, unloading a mountain of treasures, saying "This is everything I have." Jin Wu's eyes bulged and Long Zi looked thoughtful.
Jin Wu clapped his hands, "Come separate, girls." the maids came over and started separating everything. Jin Wu stared at the goods as Mu Yu stood next to him, waving "Plus what I got today by the way."
Jin Wu nodded and started sorting, pulling out a box.
He opened the box and jumped, seeing 30 vials of a pure white liquid, "Flawless Impurity Cleanses?!" Mu Yu nodded and smiled, "Today." Jin Wu was giddy, passing around the vials to everyone, saying "Take it while you're in the shower girls."
Long Zi looked at the vial with a confused face, Mu Yu informed him with a smile, "This will cleanse all your impurities and filter them out of your body forever, no matter what." Long Zi's eyes widened and he said hesitantly, "I can't accept this…"
Jin Wu waved at him and turned to a maid, "Sis Bing, can you bring the rest to my parents?" Sis Bing smiled and nodded, "Mhm." as she took the 12 vials to Liu Ying and Jin Reng.
Jin Wu continued to sort out everything, finding various materials. Metals, ores, jade, spirit stones…
Jin Wu held a stone with a dumbfounded face, asking "What the hell is this?" Long Zi's eyes bulged, Mu Yu replied "Divine Stone. A Spirit Stone with a lot of energy." Jin Wu was stunned and said "Only one?" Mu Yu shrugged, "Hey, I only got one by chance. Never used it. Too much energy inside, it's also extremely pure."
Long Zi nodded and said "Very smart, this level of energy would make you explode immediately." Mu Yu nodded and Jin Wu held the stone, looking at it carefully before putting it aside, getting an idea.
He continued sorting through everything, pulling out a light ball.

Jin Wu kept it and continued sorting, finding all sorts of things. Even Vibranium! All sorts of martial arts, even body arts for all his maids. However, there was more materials than anything, herbs, metals, woods, water, lightning stones, everything!
Jin Wu even found a refining book and added 3 levels to his Spirit Mechanics Talent.
Jin Wu turned to Long Zi and asked him, "Bro, are you sure you don't want to share your techniques, maybe I can make them better!" Long Zi shook his head and Jin Wu smiled, "Okay. Here then." as he pointed at his eyebrows, transferring all sorts of Martial Arts and techniques that JIn Wu had accumulated.
Long Zi was dazed and looked over all of them in an instant, he was shocked inwardly, never seeing anything like this before!
Jin Wu stood up and said "Alright girls, bring the techniques to my room and pack the materials into a space ring, please." they nodded and started working as Jin Wu waved, "You should see your family, Bro. I'll be waiting here. Go ask them about the business idea and come find me after, I'll talk with Jin Chen."
Long Zi nodded and left, feeling very confused about everything. In truth, he was doubting life a bit, where did all these martial arts come from, why were they so strong, and why was Jin Wu and Mu Yu so open about everything, not even hesitating to share precious materials.
Not only in between them which Long Zi could understand, but even with him!
He was practically a stranger!
He was confused and needed to think it over as he left the City Lord Mansion, going to visit his clan.
Jin Wu returned to his room and brought Mu Yu along, making the Maids gasp and whisper while giggling. Some of them looked upset, others sighed sadly, the rest were bubbly and gossiping happily.
Mu Yu sat down on his bed as Jin Wu started going through the books, reading them all as Mu Yu asked, "Are you really going to modernize this city?" Jin Wu nodded and replied happily, "Of course! Did you see the other cities? They're awful! I already put down all the infrastructure. All I need now is the industries, if I can mix the lifestyle professions with a modern taste then it will be a big hit!"
Mu Yu laid down on his bed, yawning as she said "But are these people going to accept it? I mean, these people are super conservative and stubborn…" Jin Wu smiled and retorted, "If they don't accept it, they can leave. It's very simple."
Mu Yu looked at him and laughed, "Alright Mr. CEO." Jin Wu chuckled and looked at her, "You read those?!" Mu Yu snorted and blushed, "What! I can't read a little fantasy romance?" Jin Wu looked at her as though he found a new continent, "Wow! I never expected it… You also have a white knight prince of your dreams!"
Mu Yu blushed angrily and turned over, "Hmph!" Jin Wu chuckled and walked over, sitting on the bed, leaning on her back as he laughed, "It's cute!" Mu Yu hummed and didn't speak, blushing in embarrassment.
Jin Wu rested his arm on her shoulder, saying "Anyway, I need your help, Sarah. I honestly can't wear these damn robes anymore, I'm going to go absolutely nuts!" Mu Yu giggled and turned to him, laying on her back, "I already said, I was going to." Jin Wu looked relieved and smiled happily, laying across her stomach, holding up the book and reading.
