Chapter 1: Prologue
We see a normal two-story terrace house with a light blue exterior, a balcony on the second floor, and a brown roof,infront of which we see a young man who has messy dark brown hair, with a streak of hair at the top and has prominently sharp teeth,his eyes are of crimson red color with a black cat with hazel-gold eyes on his shoulder.
This young man was none other than the protagonist of our story, obviously Haru Hyoudou a human who was lucky enough to be reincarnated in the world of DxD with a Longinus.
It has been 17 years since Hikaru was reincarnated in DxD and he has had many surprises in this lifetime both good and bad.
Haru was born to Sho Hyoudou and his wife Sarina Hyoudou.His father happened to be Gorou Hyoudou's Twin brother.He was lucky that he got reincarnated into a loving family.He alongside his family lived in Tokyo.
Haru's family always took him to Kuoh whenever they could to visit the Hyoudou couple(Gorou Hyoudou and Miki Hyoudou).
Though all good things come to an end,One day after returning to his home after buying the groceries his mother had told him to buy he saw his parents dead at the feet of Devils and exorcists who fought against each other.
At that moment he lost all sense of reasoning.He summoned his Longinus and slaughtered them all.
Years had passed after that event and Haru had learned to survive on his own.
After that incident Haru had learned everything about the supernatural world through Regulus, even though he knew the basics Regulus explained everything thoroughly and even helped in the beginning of his training.
He had been trained by Regulus becoming stronger and stronger and mastering his Sacred Gear(In it's base form).
Haru Pov.
Once in front of my Uncle and Aunts house, I took a breath and then I ring the bell.
"YES!" I heard Auntie Miki's voice and a few seconds later, the door opened and I saw her.
She looked like how I remembered her. With some wrinkles on her face.
"Uh..Hi,Auntie.It's me Haru…"Before I could say anything,she hugged me with me doing the same.
"Dear, who is it?" Behind her was uncle Gorou with his newspaper. Just like auntie, he did age a bit but he didn't really change.
When he saw me, he dropped his newspaper on the ground having immediately recognized meand joined us in hug.
""Welcome back.""
"I'm back."
After that,I told them after my parents death I travelled throughout Japan.I showed them pictures I took when I was in various cities.Of course, I made sure to hide everything remotely related to the supernatural sode of the world.
When I accidentally showed them a family photo with all of us in it, they started crying.Saying they were devastated when my parents died,I felt guilty when I cut my connection with them while i was training with Regulus.
With that we shared a fun time with each other sharing what had happened till now,with them mostly sharing how much of a pervert he has become and their fear of not getting Grandchildren.
"By the way Alex,Is that Cat your pet?"Aunty Miki said as she pointed towards Kuro who was sitting on my lap.
"Yeah.She is a friend of mine."I said as I patted kuro,which she appreciated.
[Hey Partner,a devil is approaching us]A voice resounded in my mind which belonged to Regulus.
"Just ignore it."I said to Regulus in my mind.Just then a new voice interrupted us.
"...Mu...mum?"
As all of us looked towards the source of the voice we saw Issei Hyoudou.
"Oh Ise. Welcome back."Aunty Miki said to Issei.
"Hello, Issei."
"Nice to meet you."
I was greeted by a awkward and puzzled look by him.
"So,you don't remember me.Huh."
"Issei it's Haru how can't you recognize him,you two used play so much back then."Aunty Miki said shedding some light about my identity to the clueless Issei.
"Ehh.W-Wait that's Haru? "Issei exclaimed.
