Chapter 19: Chaos in Metropolis and changes after 3 months
The day Mystical Punisher released the experiments done in Lex Corp and the crimes committed by Luthor from Metropolis Police department, the whole city erupted into chaos.
The words of Mystical Punisher that he hoped they would fight for their selves had deeply affected the people.
The next day when things were peaceful in Gotham and Vishal left for Mars, the Metropolis was not so peaceful. Superman was most helpless in this situation and so are other heroes.
There were riots all over the city and there was looting and every other thing which caused the government to act and put a curfew in the city but it did not help at all because the people came in droves to attack the city hall in Metropolis.
All the superheroes could do was stop the stealing and many other crimes from happening. The Lex Corp stocks came down by nearly 70% all over the world and many companies brought them off.
Wayne Enterprises brought of 40% while Amarnath group brough 10% of them.
The people have called for a specialized law for the supervillains and villains all over the nation. The law states that any supervillain or villain who commits heinous crimes more than 3 times will be executed by law.
The government is reluctant to pass the law because only when villains cause chaos, the people's attention will be diverted from the corruption and scams they have done and they can live freely.
Mystical Punisher became the enemy of state with bounty extending to billions.
Dr Fate travelled to the past when Mystical Punisher cast a barrier on Gotham's people to change the situation again and again to fail since system interefered in most unexpected ways.
He had to give up on it and return to present. He informed the league that some powerful force stronger than Nabu is obstructing him from finding out the identity of Mystical Punisher.
The chaos only settled after the government revised the laws against villains and supervillains can only get bail or insanity plea for heinous crimes for 5 times.
Every hero, superhero, villain and supervillains have it out for Mystical Punisher.
Though the law is a relief it is not completely without its holes. They decided not to add extortion Drug trafficking and Embezzlement into the category of heinous crimes.
The people had mixed reactions when the law was passed. The president has deployed special forces and Captain Atom to capture the "Mystical Punisher".
They did not know that after the broadcast, Vishal has decided to abandon the "Mystical Punisher" identity and take on a new identity.
After 3 months...
"Phew. I am nearly done." said Vishal as the powerful wall constructed in his brain became strong. There was only 3 minutes left for the dead line.
"Come on." shouted as he strengthened the wall built around his mind.
The strength of the wall is near to god level and only a god level entity can even penetrate it.

Time to try my god level medicinal skills to cure some of the disturbed guys in Gotham." said Vishal as he teleported back hom with his bag.
He has been in contact with his father through a special phone which he constructed himself.
As Vishal arrived in Gotham he saw certain gloominess again. Things seem to revert back.
"What's happening?" Vishal asked the system.
"The contract of Amarnath group has ended host. Since Police are back in number, the city hall denied furthering the contract. Two weeks ago some of the rogues broke out but luckily Joker isn't one of them." said the system.
"I see. But I feel like I can sense ominous energies in the city." said Vishal.
"Good observation host. The haloween is drawing near and as you might have heard the comic book versions saying Gotham is cursed." asked the system.
"Yes, but I did not dig deep into it. I only know about the name dark god Barbatos and the warlock Dr Gotham who put the curse." said Vishal.
"They're all true host. There is one more thing. There is a dead zone in Arkham Asylum." said the system.
"What's a dead zone?" asked Vishal.
"So host did not read Spawn comics huh?" asked system.
"Well I am okay with the superheroes and anti heroes and little up to some guys like Fate.
I avoided dark reads like Spawn and Constantine. Due to my fear of ghosts in previous life I avoided them." said Vishal.
"Hahahaha." the system laughed after Vishal expressed his fear of ghosts.
"Hey, everyone has their own fears. You need not laugh." said Vishal pouting.
"Sorry host. I did not know you're a religious guy." said the system.
"I believe in Mahadev even now but I am not obsessed with religion because it is personal belief to me." said Vishal.
"Understood." said the system.
Vishal entered his home. Ravindra is in company has Vishal has arrived in the afternoon.
"From tomorrow I am going to cure some of the real sickos of the society with the devices containing Supernatural Qi." said Vishal with a grin.
Behind that grin, there was a monstrous laugh.
"So how do I take care of the energies and the other two things?" asked Vishal.
"When the time comes you will be given a task. You will have to fight the supernatural elements." said the system.
"Very well." said Vishal as he took out a big drawing paper and started drawing certain medical devices which remove the cancer cells at the 4 th stage too and a multi purpose device which can cure psychological illnesses.
