"Ning Ning." As she descended the stairs and stood by the street ready to call a cab, a Bentley RV drove up suddenly, and she was stunned as she saw it.

It was actually Jing Chenxi!

"Ning Ning, let me give you a ride home." Jing Chenxi opened the car door, gracefully stepped out, and gazed at her with bright eyes.

Shen Ning snapped back to reality and immediately shook her head, smiling as she declined, "No need, thank you. I have to pick up two kids from kindergarten now."

"Two kids?" Jing Chenxi's eyes dimmed, surprised as he asked, "You have two children?"

"Yes, I have a pair of twins, they're already five years old." Shen Ning spoke frankly.

Jing Chenxi fell silent for a moment and then chuckled, "Perfect, let me take you to pick them up."

"No, children are sensitive to strangers. It's really not necessary. Thanks for the spices today. Let me treat you to a meal another day." Shen Ning shook her head, smiling, and hailed a taxi.
