The towering tree of might grows untamed, casting shadows that obscure the faint light. Amidst the dreadful gloom, explosions resound one after another, and everyone moves swiftly through the gray dust and shadows, maintaining agile postures.
Daiz adorns himself with a string of necklaces and shiny earrings. While he may seem lazy on regular days, his battle prowess is indisputable. He integrates energy into a luminous sphere resembling a cannon. Krillin and Yamcha join him in the fight. The two possess extensive combat experience and their abilities have improved through cultivation, resulting in a fierce exchange of energy blasts.
Across the distance, Tien Shinhan confronts Cacao, a bounty hunter from the universe with considerable strength. Cacao's body is clad in metallic armor, enabling high-speed movement when the nozzles excite energy.
Tien Shinhan, with his three eyes and excellent observation skills, can discern Cacao's rapid movements that others might miss. Both combatants are formidable, making it challenging to find an opening after several clashes. The battle has reached a stalemate.
The Rasin and Lakasie brothers exhibit exceptional speed and seamless coordination. They engage in aerial combat alongside Gohan and Chiaotzu. The four agile fighters clash in mid-air, creating a flurry of phantoms.
"You two little devils dare to oppose us!" Rasin exclaims, wearing a smug smile. "I will make you suffer even more."
Gohan and Chiaotzu bear numerous wounds under their opponents' relentless assault. Gohan's lack of combat experience becomes apparent as he faces enemies much stronger than those he trained against. Fortunately, Gohan, being a Saiyan, swiftly learns combat techniques during the battle, gradually unlocking his latent potential.
Despite their struggles, Chiaotzu and Gohan refuse to be defeated and continue to put up a fierce resistance. Their gaze fixed upon their formidable adversaries, they emanate unwavering determination.
"Why are you staring at me with such ferocity, you detestable devils!"
"It's not over yet!" Gohan wipes the blood from the corner of his mouth and readies himself once more. His short and stout limbs may deceive, but he wields them like an unyielding, razor-sharp knife, directing his focus towards Rasin and Lakasie.
"If you seek an end, go to hell!"
The two assail again, and energy balls zoom through the air...
Meanwhile, Turles finds himself embroiled in a fierce battle.
Raditz teams up with Goku and Vegeta, besieging Turles with their combined might. Vegeta, never one to settle for a mere three-on-one encounter, questions whether Turles is merely a lower-level warrior compared to Frieza. He focuses his attention on Turles, acknowledging him as the weakest among the four.
Consequently, Raditz and Goku have no choice but to intervene, attempting to tip the scales in their favor through joint confrontation.
Fists and shadows collide and intertwine, causing powerful air disturbances. Goku alone manages to hold his ground against Turles, delivering a flurry of blows. With the additional interference from Raditz, Turles finds himself repeatedly outmaneuvered, his battle attire bearing numerous signs of damage.
In a moment of desperation, Turles grabs Vegeta's leg and hurls him to the ground. Raditz seizes the opportunity to land an uppercut, causing Turles to taste blood. Yet, Turles retaliates with a swift kick, countering Raditz.
"You are of no use in obstructing me. The tree of might has taken root. Unless it is eradicated, even the Earth's destruction will not make it disappear!" Turles glares at Goku, the most formidable opponent before him. His fist strikes Goku's face, causing his skin to wrinkle as his neck jolts to the side.
"That's right, you still don't know about the existence of the Dragon Balls!" Goku interjects, his cheek pressing firmly against Turles fist, his neck held upright. His power is truly astonishing.
Dragon Balls?
The tremendous reaction they elicit?
Turles suddenly becomes alarmed.
The fiery aura surrounding Goku intensifies, resembling a blazing red sky. He exhibits the power of the Kaio-ken, 4X! Although Goku's limit multiplier is only half that of Raditz, he can still channel his power to the extreme within a short span.
The radiant red light swiftly traverses Turles body, leaving behind only an illusionary image. The airborne shadows disperse, leaving Goku vulnerable to attack. Raditz issues an audible warning, but Turles, with his unparalleled speed, has already positioned himself behind Goku.
A single palm strike misses its mark!
Goku evades, leaving behind a mere afterimage.
The real Goku appears behind Turles, descending from above! His devastating strike lands forcefully on the crown of Turles head, unleashing an overwhelming surge of power that sends shockwaves through his body.
Turles, reeling from the immense blow, plummets and crashes onto the thick branches of the tree of might. Yet, the onslaught continues as Goku, in close proximity, delivers a spinning high-speed kick, clutching Turles ankle like a spinning top. After several rotations, Goku hurls Turles through several branches, leaving behind a massive crater on the tree of might's sturdy trunk.
"Battle power... over 40,000!" Turles gasps.
From the outset of their clash, Turles sensed Goku's extraordinary strength. Now that they engage in a fierce confrontation, he realizes Goku possesses a slight advantage. With Goku's physical stamina gradually waning, Turles finds himself in a perilous situation.
Trapped within the trunk, he assumes a position resembling the cross, experiencing intense back pain.
"Boom!"
Just as Turles prepares to rise, a shockwave arrives prematurely, ruthlessly slamming into him, expanding into a luminous sphere. Turles is engulfed by the ensuing explosion, disappearing from sight.
As the smoke dissipates, Turles is nowhere to be found.
He had concealed himself behind the rocks, nursing his wounds, left hand trembling, and drenched in cold sweat.
"Damn it! Kakarot's strength surpassed my expectations in an instant. These guys..." Turles clenches his teeth, only to notice the growing tree of might. He chuckles once again. "Ah, the fruits of the tree of might are ripe and ready. The soil of Earth is truly suitable for planting, and it was unexpectedly harvested."
"Ha!" Just as Turles finds himself alone, Goku delivers a powerful kick to the rock, propelling it directly at him.
Impossible! Turles is sent hurtling through the air, feeling his body disconnect. He can't comprehend how Kakarot, devoid of any detection devices, managed to pinpoint his location! Little does he know that Earth possesses unique means of sensing Ki.
The kick sends Turles crashing beside a branch.
As he looks up, he finds Goku already standing before him.
"Turles, admit your defeat."
"Shut up!" Turles roars furiously, conjuring a massive energy wave.
Goku effortlessly evades, leaping away.
A beam of light obliterates numerous branches of the tree of might, captivating Turles attention. Goku counterattacks swiftly, paying no heed to the Ki wave. Turles focus, however, lies solely on one thing—the fruit!
A ripe fruit lies not far ahead!
Oh no! Raditz's shock prompts him to unleash the Kaio-ken, three times, desperately rushing forward. "We must stop him!"
