Chapter 34: I make an appearance
When I watched Nick deliver Elijah I decided I have to protect the baby mama.
So I made my way to the Hydra agents safe house to change there mind on some things.
I went to a house right outside of town and knocked in the door.
A man opened the door. "What do you want."
"Be nice and let me in."
In a monotone voice. "Come on in."
"Thank you, you have such nice manners."
I went inside and made them think that the Originals never came back in town, and that they will always immediately forget anything on any Original news.
As I was leaving I got a call from my amazing little sister. "How may I help you?"
"I'm coming to New Orleans."
"What changed your mind?"
"It's Elijah, he won't answer my text, anything on your end?"
"Not a thing, I am watching them but the last time I saw them they were in the old Governors house, I know you remember that house."
"Of course I bloody remember, that's were you through the Governors son to his death."
"He disrespected us, let's change the subject, I don't know what happened to him I had other business to take care of and haven't been around for a bit."
"Whatever I'll look for him myself."
"See you soon then sis, drive safe."
"I'm immortal I'll be fine."
"Yeah but I love your car and I don't want that damaged."
"You'll never get this car from me."
"We'll see, have a nice drive."
After that call I decided to portal home for the night to sleep.
Once I got notified that my sister made it to town I went to meet her.
She pulled up to a bar and went inside.
"Hello dear sister long time no see.
She turned around and hugged me.
"How's this town it seems to have changed."
"In more ways then you know, did you know that Marcel is still alive and took over from me and Klaus?"
"How am I not surprised, but I don't care, they all can rot for what has happened."
Some random guy came up and hit on Rebekah.
She just told him "to shove off."
Apparently he didn't like that, he showed us his vampire face to try to scare us.
I laugh. "That's so scary, shove off kid."
All I got was 7 vampires attacking us.
It was fun, unfortunately they lost there heads.
They were head over heels for her.
"You'll find Nick at the house have fun on your trip."
"You're not coming?"
"Have other things to get done."
Then I made myself disappear and went to the outskirts of town.
I called my head Hybrid and tasked them to once again surround the city and protect it from intruders and be my watch.
I have my satellites but it's always nice to have feet on the ground, I never did this in New York because it's to big and I know for sure there is always danger in this city.
I was walking down the street and listening to the unique music played here.
Then I over heard something that was very interesting.
"There's a werewolf in the quarter on a bench."
How about that, let's meet the newest family member.
I made my way over to the bench to see the mother to be about to drink poison when three vampires came to try to attack her.
When I was about to move I seen Rebekah.
"Let me do this one I'd like to make a good first impression."
She waved her hand. "Go right ahead you all are so dramatic."
I gave her a big smile them ran behind everyone of them and ripped out there spine and used magic to stop there healing.
"Now that's not nice, can't you tell she's pregnant."
I shook my head. "Men these days, they have no manners."
I looked at the shocked pregnant woman.
My names Ethan, your?
Slowly like she's unsure of something. "Haley, Haley Marchel."
"We'll Haley." Then I got serious. "Might I ask why you're trying to kill a innocent baby."
She looked totally confused. "What do you mean, how do you know what I was going to do."
"I can smell it from a mile away and I know what and who you are."
"What's going on I'm confused."
"Let me fully introduce myself, I'm Ethan Mikealson." I pointed at her stomach. "And you're carrying my niece."
"You're related to him."
"Depends on what him you're talking about Nicklaus or there's Elijah I know you met both but let's not forget Rebekah." I turned around and looked in her direction.
"That was your queue, man you always ruin my fun."
She walks out. "Sorry brother but I can't do something unless you inform me."
"How long have we been alive and you don't know me, I'm so hurt and disappointed."
I looked back at Haley. "I don't even know what to do with you, Nick is going to be so mad.
I can't wait to watch, let's take the vampires to the mansion.
As we walked onto the lawn Nick was standing in the center staring at us.
I threw two of the mean vampires at his feet.
"I brought you gifts, your welcome."
"I see as soon as you get here you made a mess."
I wave my finger. "No I have been here for a second, and I wasn't making any mess I was perverting one.
Look at them they aren't dead, and because I'm nice I will even use compulsion on them for you since I know you can't, don't you love Marcel he put all his vampires on vervain."
"What do you mean prevented a mess?"
"You know, nothing to big, one of them was saving your baby mama, which is quite hot if I might add.
I was just walking down the street when I overheard vampires talking about a werewolf in the quarter.
And the other mess would be that." I pointed at Haley. "She tried to get rid of your demon spawn."
Before I could finish my words Nick got furious and tried to attack Haley.
I got in his way and threw him at the house.
Rebekah came to Haley's defense. "Yesterday you wanted nothing to do with her or your child but as soon as she wanted to get rid of it and you, you care all of a sudden."
I chuckled. "You should really be tested to see if you are bipolar."
"QUIET, you don't speak to me like that."
I pushed my hand into his chest and grabbed his heart. "You're right, because you only react to violence so let's make things clear, I'll help you with Marcel but I'm back now and you're not the top dog so YOU don't speak to ME like that."
I pulled my hand out and started to wipe the blood off. "We clear?"
Clearly in pain. "Got it. Put the bodies in the cellar for now."
I gave him a look. "Please."
With a smile. "Right away."
Haley looked beyond amazed, I looked at her a little puzzled. "What's with the face?"
"Klaus listened to you."
"Has anyone told you about me or even the other family members?"
"No, I only know of rumors and what I've been told by Klaus, Elijah and Rebekah."
"Oh, well let's say so far I like you and as long as you don't do anything stupid we will be just fine, oh and that I'm the strongest and the worst tempered one in this family, I just normally hide it well this family just brings it to the surface very easily."
Rebekah decided to speak. "Elijah was the moral one and tried to keep us in line, but if he couldn't he would get Ethan but we normally stopped whatever as soon as Elijah threatened to do so."
"Is he that bad?"
"He has a no nonsense attitude and gets us to stop in the quickest way possible and that's normally a bloody way, he is the only one who can really keep Klaus in check, he's his twin so also a werewolf but way stronger."
I kissed Rebekah's cheek. "Thank you for the compliment, I'm going to dump these insects off in there cage then I'm going to go for the night."
Haley stopped me. "You're not staying here the others are?"
"In this place, no if you don't recognize me I'm a technology genius and this place id to far in the past for my liking, I'll change that then I'll stay for a while."
I went to walk inside. "You ladies have a nice night."
