Chapter 304: Crystal Eyes and Matrices

Midas walked into the white room, surprised but glad that he was there.

He was surprised because he had skipped the white room after the fourth Trial so he thought the same thing would occur this time.

Reality proved him otherwise.

Taking a few more steps until he stood in the middle of the room, Midas sent his greetings, bowing as he said, `I greet the exalted Administrator.`

`Little boy Midas… I see you are one step away from the prize… How do you feel?` came the voice, booming in the room. Midas still, to that moment, could not pinpoint where the voice came from and that irked him to no end.

When it came to him it felt like it was coming from everywhere at the same time, and sometimes it even felt like it was in his head.

It was a freaky experience. But so was talking to someone who was probably levels above you in strength.
