Who are these people? What sacrifice?
These questions ran through Jagat's mind as the men surrounded him. The knife that had been prepared from the beginning was ready to cut the rope that tied the legs.
And that's exactly what Jagat did!
Jagat's body fell heavily and he immediately used his hands as a support for his head. With a slight roll, Jagat swung the knife towards the foot. He was aiming for the back heel, but since his opponent was already conscious, the man reflexively dodged. Still, his calf was slashed.
His five men were already running over while Jagat was still dealing with the ropes, which were still not fully on his feet.
A piece of wood passed over his head, but he couldn't dodge it as his comrades clung to his body.
Jagat struggled and swung his head back to strike the nose of the opponent holding him. Then his legs rose as a machete blow struck the ropes that bound his legs.
