Just like the Giant Killing achievement, the Variant Hunter was yet another one that Damian was familiar with. It was just that reaching the required count passed his mind.

'The Guardsmen, Goblin King, Hobgoblin King, Hobgoblin Shaman, Minotaur Guardian… Yup, fits the bill.'

Although there was a repeat of two Kings, the System treated them as two different Variants due to the difference in race. After all, while there were some similarities, each race had its own evolution tree.

Either way, it was a pleasant surprise and a really nice way to end such a tactical battle. Damian had to show a lot more persistence compared to his fight with the Bugbear, but his Pursuit Army had long pushed his limits beyond the normal level.
