Chapter 3: Chapter two
After what seemed like an eternity he started feeling his body again however it felt different, he felt hardwired into the universe.
he could sense his family in Uganda like he was standing right next to them, he could also feel a connection to the rest of the celestial metals that had been harvested by the heroes as well as the pieces that hadn't,
he could tell that what he recieved was more like a memory bank, however it had overridden his body's controls.
he opened his eyes to the sight of himself flying allover the city, his body was enshrouded in golden light and the entire city below him was a blur,
he flew for over a minute before he arrived to the ocean, he didn't even know which ocean he was flying over but he could tell it was an ocean and not a lake somehow,
a few seconds in he plunged deep into the ocean and he flew deeper and deeper, now by this moment he was certain he was dead seeing as they couldn't see light anymore,
the pressure from the ocean at this level was more than enough to squash submarines so his meek body was probably compressed to a ball smaller than the crystal he had stupidly picked up after it fell from the skies.
the only light visible to him came from his body as it shone with golden radiance, however this signified that he was still intact which shouldn't have been possible,
he had been diving for close to an hour at constant speed before he reached the next light source, it was a piece of celestial technology however if the other celestial technology pieces glowed like a light bulb in his senses, this one was glowing like a sun,
as he got closer he understood this was the core of a celestial, it held majority of his power except for a little bit that remains in his body to keep it operating,
now this part of a celestial normally contains about 94 percent of a celeatial's power which is considered infinite by the way, however after that battle the power that remained in this core was more than finite,
it was about 1% of his total energy output which was comparable to the total energy output of a star for a full day.
now this core was small to a celestial however to Lauin it was as big as a city block. it was about 100 feet long, high and wide.
it was also octagonal like the memory bank he had acquired previously.
as he approached it, a bridge was created between him and the energy core and in that very instant power flowed from the core to him in a blinding flash of light that all he saw was white for the next few minutes.
when it was done he felt his own body buzzing, if previously he felt connected to the universe, now he controlled it, the power was massive but a short while after the transformation was complete he regained control of his body,
he could feel his body was stronger and he could also tell just how strong he had become, his mind had expanded so much that he could send his mind allover the planet instantly,
in that moment he saw that the glow on his body before came from his veins, they were glowing gold making his skin a patchwork of light and his internal body glow slightly.
he moved closer to the core unit which had now become a glass prism 100 feet long, wide and high, the difference was that it was no longer glowing it had turned pitch black.
when he touched it, his body literally melted inside it without any need for a door.
inside he could see that it wasn't exactly empty, it had chambers and just then an idea came into his mind, he was certain that this powers hadn't chosen him by accident which meant he was supposed to do something.
He was also certain whatever he needed to do would be dangerous the only problem was that he couldn't tell yet what it is he was meant to do.
still he would need somewhere to go be himself a place most people call a lair but in truth it's just an isolation unit.
to do that he needed to improve on it, as that thought left his mind the energy within him churned instantly.
waves of power left him as they spread throughout the construct, the chambers blurred as they started reforming themselves.
this was matter manipulation, Lauin had heard that it's possible for someone to rearrange matter to their liking but he never thought he would be able to do it.
however as that was happening he realized his power was draining at a very rapid pace, he understood matter manipulation would be hard but he knew it shouldn't take that much of his power.
however he understood that his power was running that much because of the material he was manipulating, a celestial can generate a power core once in their life and that is when they are born,
it takes a massive amount of power to generate that core capable of holding the infinite amount of energy needed to sustain the immortal life of the celestial.
when the transformation is done Lauin discovers that it has become a home of sorts.
he had a living room, two bed rooms, a lab and to top it all of a storage space.
at the center of his lab which took up one whole side to the construct and was the biggest room in the structure.
the center contained the minitiarized version of the structure which actually was the former memory bank.
it was currently enlarged to about five by five feet on each side and it was crystal clear this time.
In its center was what looked like a star, it was a baby star and it was glowing brightly.
as he watched, the tiny star glowed so brightly that it finally split into two baby stars that were rotating around eachother.
this led to the formation of a minitiarized star system with the tiny particles in the spiral following the direction of the twin stars.
finally a voice came into being, inside his lab an AI had finished its formation.
it took a holographic form and as Lauin watched it he was shocked down to his core.
this was a celestial, his AI had taken the form of a celestial. it told him that it was once known as Ziran the Tester.
his main role was to test the stability of the genetic material celestials sought to alter to their own means.
however that didn't play a big role in the cosmic battle that happened in the universe leading to his own death.
as he was dying he implemented his own last ditch attempt to save his own life. the last blow he suffered obliterated his energy core leaking most of his cosmic energies away.
the little left couldn't do anything to aid him in recovering so he separated his databank or as humans call it, the soul from his body and sent it down to earth to find someone worthy enough to withstand celestial energy.
his soul crystal was pulled towards Lauin as his body displayed a high affinity for cosmic energy.
once in contact with the crystal, its essence started permeating his body and devices gradually, after his body completely melded with the Crystal's data,
his soul became a power source, it was then that Ziran discovered why Lauin had a high affinity for cosmic energy.
although both of his parents were normal humans on the surface, in reality none of them were fully human, his father is a mutant while his mother is a deviant,
since deviants and mutants seem to share the same genetic origins, their union created someone like him.
throughout his life Lauin hadn't faced a crucible yet so his latent abilities remained buried, however under the influence of Ziran's soul his mutation finally awakened.
now since he had a high grade deviant gene, he activated the highest class of mutation there was, he now has the ability to manipulate cosmic energy.
Ziran says that he used his soul to ride Lauin's body to the bottom of the Mariana trench where his soul core had landed and there Lauin's natural attributes were put to the test,
he was able to finally absorb the remnant energies from the celestial core.
Ziran then used the energy being absorbed to correct the genetic anomaly that made deviants failed experiments with the aid of Lauin's mutation.
Lauin is now the first fully independent biological eternal in existence, however when correcting his genetic code the majority of his power was consumed into transforming the cells to be able to achieve indefinite evolution.
As a result Lauin was able to achieve success when he transmuted the energy core into a living quarters, Ziran was moved to the center as Lauin unknowingly separated himself from the soul core and transformed it into the power source for his new home.
in that he used the last of his cosmic energy to form a self sustaining dual star system to provide Indefinite energy for his home.
as a result Ziran was now transformed into Lauin's user interface or as humans call it, an Artificial intelligence.
however the difference between him and the other AIs is that Ziran is capable of self thought so he can do things without being ordered to and he can act on his own however he is currently unable to disobey Lauin.
