"What? Alexis is being held responsible for something? What could have happened that he needs to take responsibility?" Evangeline's remark caught the attention of several nearby classmates, sparking their curiosity and leading to a hushed exchange of gossip among them.
"Exactly, I heard it's something secretive that we don't want the teachers to find out. Maybe it's some sort of mischief he got involved in," another classmate chimed in, expressing equal intrigue.
Alexis and Evangeline are no strangers to being in the spotlight. Both of them have always been the center of attention, particularly Evangeline, who is renowned for her beauty at school. Wherever they go, people's gaze naturally fixates on them, as if drawn by an invisible force.
"Earlier, I saw Evangeline coming here in a huff this morning, and she had dark circles under her eyes, probably didn't sleep all night, looks like she's under a lot of stress." A classmate observed attentively, "I didn't expect her to come and confront Alexis as soon as she arrived, and she caught him right outside, like catching a cheating spouse, she was really furious. One student didn't believe it and tried his best to explain to the surrounding classmates not to believe such absurd speculation.

As they grew up together, they became close friends, and eventually, on a stormy night when both their parents were away, their feelings for each other intensified, leading to a passionate encounter."
"Haha, right? It sounds like something straight out of a TV drama! But let's not jump to conclusions based on rumors and speculations. We should give Alexis and Evangeline a chance to clarify the situation before making any judgments."

"Alright, enough. Let's discuss this at home if there's something to talk about. We shouldn't cause a scene here and become the subject of gossip," Alexis suggested, trying to diffuse the situation. Alexis touched his chin thoughtfully and responded, "Don't worry, I'm not the kind of man who shirks responsibility. Since things have reached this point, I will definitely take responsibility seriously."
"What on earth are you talking about?" Evangeline was utterly confused. The words she had expressed and what this rascal was saying seemed to be completely different things.
The surrounding students were in an uproar. It was evident that their relationship had reached such a critical point that they needed to discuss the concept of being responsible.
"Alright, alright, it's time for class now. If there's anything, we can talk about it later," Alexis waved his hand, signaling the end of the discussion and wanting to focus on the class.

Evangeline's face contorted with anger as she glared fiercely at Alexis, her frustration reaching its peak. Without hesitation, she delivered a harsh "smack" by stomping her foot on Alexis, the impact accentuating her resentment. With her emotions still aflame, she turned around and stormed off in a huff, leaving behind a tense atmosphere.
She was aware that prolonging the discussion could lead to misinterpretations by others, so she understood the need to refrain from further conversation on the matter.
The gossip spread rapidly due to Evangeline's immense popularity, as she had a considerable number of fans within the school. In a mere hour, the rumor had circulated throughout the entire campus.
"Hey! Have you heard the news? Evangeline supposedly has a boyfriend, and the shocking part is that she's pregnant!"

"I don't believe it! How could something like this happen? Who is her boyfriend?"
