Who is Monkey·D· Mu Feng? What is his relationship with Monkey D Garp? How did he manage to kill "Drought" Jack?
Naturally, the Four Emperors, who command the most attention and influence in the New World, were among the first to hear the news once Doflamingo spread it. Kaido, in particular, had an immediate and violent reaction, issuing a direct kill order.
Under the Beasts Pirates, all pirates who manage to kill Mu Feng will be promoted to the position of "Three Plagues." Additionally, those who do not possess Devil Fruit powers will be rewarded with an ancient species Devil Fruit, along with a one billion Baileys bounty. "Haha... Could it be that all the meat in the New World has been bought up? Laki Lu."
"Raki Lu, if you eat any more, you'll get too fat to walk... Haha."
The Red Hair Pirates continued their banter.
"No, Captain. It was Marine who killed Jack, Garp's grandson," Raki Lu said helplessly.
This news silenced the entire Red Hair Pirates crew instantly.
"Garp's grandson... Isn't that Luffy? Luffy became a Marine!?" The red-haired man, Shanks, expressed relief.
"No, Luffy is only eleven years old this year."
"It's not Luffy, it's a guy named Monkey·D· Mu Feng. He is said to be the righteous grandson recognized by Garp a few years ago," Laki Lu explained.
"It's not Luffy." Shanks breathed a sigh of relief. "It seems that Marine is about to witness the rise of another formidable character. But... it's not Luffy. Ahahaha... Let's have a party to celebrate that little Luffy hasn't become a Marine."
As the world buzzed with discussions about Jack's death, Mu Feng, the catalyst of this event, returned to the Grand Line on his warship. However, instead of immediately reporting back to Naval Headquarters, he made his way directly to Amazon Lily, the famous Daughter Island on the Grand Line.
Amazon Lily is a women-only island, home to a country called the Nine Snakes. Men are strictly prohibited from entering, as they would be swiftly eliminated. The ruler of Amazon Lily is Boa Hancock, one of the Seven Warlords of the Sea and renowned as the world's most beautiful woman.
Mu Feng's purpose for coming here was related to a side mission assigned by the system: to conquer the Seven Warlords of the Sea. The mission required him to recruit a loyal thug as a new Marine and complete it within a year. Failure to do so would result in the system being shut down for a year.
Rather than conquering them individually, Mu Feng believed it would be more convenient to conquer them all at once. He announced the convening of a roundtable meeting for the Seven Warlords of the Sea, a proposal that Doflamingo agreed to after killing Jack himself. Through Torrepol, Mu Feng convinced Doflamingo to attend the meeting. Xiong, an undercover agent of the Revolutionary Army within the Seven Warlords, faithfully attended every meeting. Jinbei, Crocodile, and Moria also dared not ignore Marine's call. This left only "Hawk-Eye" Mihawk and Hancock.
Mu Feng was least worried about Mihawk, considering him the strongest member among the Seven Warlords. As a swordsman, Mihawk had his own pride and was initially allowed to join the Warlords without being actively recruited. Mu Feng believed that by slaying a dominant sea king with a single strike, he could entice Mihawk to join his cause.
The only challenge for Mu Feng was dealing with the "Empress" Boa Hancock.
