Synopsis

Almost every man has a dream of venturing in the fantasy world, wielding a sword, and traveling to different places to witness the splendor of the world.
After working in a factory for several years, Wang An, who was not yet old, received an unfavorable medical report.
At that moment, the system activated.
"Mission: Healthy Body—Restore your body to a healthy state (a healthy body is the foundation of everything)."
So, he started jogging in the morning, swimming, practicing Tai Chi...
Soon, he discovered that he had acquired a cheat that allowed him to gain experience points. The improvement in his skills brought him unexpected surprises.
It turned out that those legends were real!
Lightness skills could truly allow someone to walk on snow without leaving a trace and leap from roof to roof.
The indestructible body could indeed make one's body as hard as a diamond, making one impervious to blades and spears.
Innate Qi could give one terrifying strength that was able to crush iron into pieces.
From then on, Wang An embarked on the cultivation path of gaining experience points like crazy.

Amazing book very much a modern or urban day cultivator in the sense that he focuses on the slow grind of martial arts. Very much worth the read as its a gradually gaining process rather than a directly adding points type of novel to make him insanely overpowered, definately recccomend this book!

I like this one a lot. It's a bit slower paced than most of the CN stuff I read but it was really enjoyable watching the MC transform himself from a sickly obese dude to his current self 40 pages in. I also enjoy the fact that he values relationships with his elderly relatives and that his friend is trying to grow and develop as a result of the MC's influence. I hope this continues along the same vein and same quality when the novel is fully released.

It was a pleasure to read the 40 chapters of this novel. I really like the approach of the mc. He not only trains but also learns theory and even thinks outside of the box how to train better. No stupid cliches.

Pretty good actually. It's a modern, urban city martial arts novel that seems to be slowly moving towards fantastical cultivation. And I do actually like that it's taking its time getting to any sort of cultivation. Helps to ground the setting a little before things get too crazy. Overall, a fun read so far.

it can be called a "not bad" novel in general but it became trash as author failed to negate and suppress their hypocrite bloodline. they're still giving the Buddhism a stain in the sense that it's against their ccp cult. they're still trying to explicitly and implicitly elevate their ccp cult and try to portray others as bad. WHAT A WORST BLOODLINE! ruining my reading mood!
