Chapter 3: CH 3: Logical Bibi Dong

"Uuggghhh!!! Damn you!! Damn you both to hell!!!" Bibi Dong roared with an unimaginable anger and hater present in her voice and face. When the memories of waking up returned to her, she remembered everything. From the battle against Tang San, to Tang San breaking Qian Renxue's godhood, to Tang San killing her.

With every memory that resurfaced, her rage grew more and more deadly. Especially when thinking of the man that trained and raised that bastard Tang San who she didn't know if he killed her daughter as well or not, who she had been foolishly in love with for so many years, who she hadn't killed because of being blinded by a stupid love, she just wanted to gut him alive and completely obliterate his soul and very existence!

'No, no, calm down. I should calm down.' When she finally forcibly calmed herself down, she began to take in the location :'Where the hell am I? I... Died... So am I in hell?' But when she saw the all too familiar place, she dismissed that idea :'This is... The Rakshasa Domain? Why am I here? I'm supposed to be dead, no???'

When seeing and feeling that she wasn't dead and very much alive instead, she decided to use her Divine Sense/Consciousness to observe the surroundings and her situation. But the moment she figured out what was going on, her face froze before rage filled her heart again :'You've got to be joking with me... I, the Pope of Martial Soul Hall, the first empress of Martial Soul Empire, and the person who ascended to godhood and became the Rakshasa Goddess, actually became someone's damn Martial Soul?! What kind of a joke is this?!'

But no matter how many times she observed her surroundings again and again, hoping that she had just made a mistake, nothing changed. Everytime, she simply understood that her real body was gone, and that she had turned into someone's Martial Soul.

'Sigh... You've seriously got to be kidding me...' With a groan, she rubbed her temples to relieve herself of her headache before sighing :'At least my Spiritual Consciousness is still fully intact. And well, I guess this is the price for getting reborn instead of dying. Hmm... Complaining all day won't get me anywhere. Let's check the situation first.'

As she focused, her Spiritual Consciousness exited her body inside of the blood pool of the dark cave and came out of the Rakshasa Domain. Once outside, she was slightly happy that she could at least bring out her Spiritual Consciousness to observe the outside world.

'Is this the boy?' But when she saw the child who wielded her as his Martial Soul, her face turned gloomy once again :'Sigh... You've seriously got to be joking with me... I'm actually beginning to think this is just a nightmare... Innate Soul Power Level of 2...'

Thinking about the situation, she was getting more and more annoyed by the second. Not only did she no longer have a physical body, had turned into a Martial Soul with just her Spiritual Consciousness intact, there was something that pissed her off even more. She wasn't even an awakened Martial Soul!

When observing her situation, she had found out that because of the boy's extremely poor talent and the quality of her Rakshasa God Martial Soul, he hadn't even managed to completely awaken her as his Martial Soul!

'Shit... To awaken me, he needs to reach Lv 70 and become a Soul Saint first. Until then, I'm nothing but a glorified ghost. But with this kid's trashy talent, forget about Lv 70, even Lv 50 or Lv 40 would be an achievement...' Thinking about her situation which seemed to be getting worse and worse by the second, she couldn't help but bite her plump lip anxiously :'No, I can't let that happen!

Forget about getting free, I'll even be satisfied with just getting a physical body as a Martial Soul! But that's simply impossible for someone with his talent. There's no way he'll be able to awaken me. At least not alone. I'll have to do something about this myself. Hmm... From what I found, my case is the same as that fucking bastard Yu Xiaogang's Martial Soul.

If this kid manages to fully awaken me, I'll probably be the same as that trash's Luo San Pao. Shit... How far have I fallen to be compared to a damn pig and dog hybrid... Wait a second, did this kid... Awaken his Martial Soul in a Martial Soul Hall Branch just now?!'

The moment she realized what she had ignored because of her rage and confusion, shock immediately filled her up as she turned to look at the building that she, and her wielder, were getting further and further away from :'No way... But how is this possible?!

When the Martial Soul Empire was established, all the Martial Soul Hall Branches in the two empires were destroyed after every member came to the Martial Soul Empire! And isn't this Nuoding City's Martial Soul Hall Branch? So just how is this possible...? What is going on...? No way... Is it possible that I not only was reborn, but also traveled in time to the past?!'

As her thoughts raced a thousand miles a second, the shock in her heart grew more and more with each passing thought. She knew this city's Martial Soul Hall Branch rather well. After all, this was the city that bastard Yu Xiaogang hid for so many years. The city she paid attention to simply because of her stupid "love".

Although she was about to get angry again, she quickly calmed herself down as she began to think seriously :'Is it really possible? Not only did I not die, but I also traveled back in time? If that is true...'

Thinking about the only good surprise and news she had found in her short time of awakening, a cruel and vengeful glint appeared in her beautiful eyes as she smiled cruelly :'If that really is the case, then I'm definitely willing to live with my unfortunate situation. Just you two wait, Yu Xiaogang, Tang San. I'll definitely take my revenge against you for killing me, for what you did to my daughter, and for destroying the empire I had worked so hard to build! Just you two wait. I'll make you two, and any other person who helped you wish you were never born.'

As she clenched her fist and gritted her teeth in anger, she chuckled evilly before calming down once again :'But still, I have to make sure. If I have indeed traveled to the past, I must find out what year I've come back to. I have to ask this boy when he is alone and the time is right. But what is going on? Can he not see me? If that is the case... Things might get a bit troublesome... Forget it, I'll figure something out.' <Don't worry, he'll see her in this chapter>

After her observation of her current situation, which was both unfortunate and extremely fortunate at the same time, she simply returned into Ah Li's body, deciding to keep an eye out on the situation while inside of him. All while, Ah Li had no idea about what was going on. Or about the amount of privacy he had just lost out of nowhere.

After leisurely walking towards the orphanage he was living in, he finally reached it and entered. Just to see everybody's head, young and old, turn to him with expectations unhidden in their eyes.

"So? Xiao Li, how did it go?"

"Did you awaken your Martial Soul?"

"What is it? Is it a strong one?"

"Forget about that, do you have any Soul Power?!"

Annoyed with all the questions raining down on him one after another by everyone without even giving him the chance to answer a single one, Ah Li's face twitched in annoyance before he raised his hands :"Alright, everybody, quiet down!!"

Once everybody shut up, a smug smirk appeared on his adorable face as he announced :"Yes, I have awakened my Martial Soul, and what is even more important, is that I have awakened with Innate Soul Power Level of 2!"

Sure, he was a bit unsatisfied with his Innate Soul Power Level. But well, for this countryside people who were all orphans and ordinary people, even that was an amazing thing. Forget about Lv 2, even the Innate Soul Power Level of 1 was a miracle! As long as Soul Power was there, that was enough for them.

But Bibi Dong inside of him, who had seen the real world, rolled her eyes in annoyance. Even if she found out that she had been reborn and had traveled to the past, she was still too annoyed at her current state of being a simple Martial Soul. One that wasn't even awakened at that. That really managed to get on her nerves. She was even worse than a normal Martial Soul.

After the little excitement between the children and the caretakers, Ah Li was given his own room. After all, since he has become a Soul Master without any Soul Rings, he has to train in a calm place without anybody disturbing him. Hence, he got his own room and didn't need to live with any other children anymore.

Technically, he had never lived with them to begin with. Instead of being born as a normal child and living until he was 6 years old, Ah Li had just "spawned" today. This body didn't exist in the original world. Crow created it for Ah Li, and Ah Li's soul piece was put in it once it reached 6 years old. Ah Li did have the memories though. But they weren't much. After all, this world seemed to have the same reset factory for the brain of the children. You kinda forget everything when you become 4 or 5 years old.

After sitting on his new bed, he calmed down as he began to concentrate :'Alright, let's see what's going on. Let me see if I can sense that other Martial Soul or not... I didn't just imagine it, right? Nah... Hope not.'

Once he calmed down and began to concentrate using the little bit of knowledge that Crow had put in this body, Ah Li began to see results. When he sensed that something had changed, he opened his eyes. But when he did so, instead of his new room, he saw that he was in a completely different place.

The scenery was pretty similar. After all, it looked like he was in a small space, or at least something like that. While looking around, he could see that this "space" actually ended at some point and wasn't unending. He would've suspected if he died or not, if it wasn't for the little black centipede a meter or so away from him.

Looking at the small, hand-sized black centipede that was floating in the air, Ah Li immediately recognized it as the Martial Soul that he awakened just a little while ago. But there was something more interesting in the space, a dark red mist.

When he concentrated, he immediately felt the closeness and familiarity between himself and his centipede Martial Soul. However, when concentrating on the dark red mist that he suspected to be his second Martial Soul, he couldn't feel that same closeness. Sure, it didn't feel like something hostile or dangerous, but it didn't give out the same feeling as his first Martial Soul.

Stretching his hand towards it, he touched the dark red mist and realized that his hand actually entered it. With curled lips, he simply shrugged before entering the mist. The moment he did so, he frowned once he realized that he was in a dark, gloomy cave with a blood pool in it. But when he looked carefully, he actually saw a figure inside of the pool. A figure that he recognized all too well!

'Wait a fucking minute... Isn't that Bibi Dong?!' His eyes immediately went wide open in shock once he recognized the gorgeous woman, but he didn't have much time to be surprised when a voice sounded from behind him :"Hey, kid"

And he let out a girly squeal from the surprise.
