Chapter 3: I'm getting reincarnated (Part 2)
"I finally have all of the skills and the magic I wanted. Goddess, could you tell me how long I took?" >It took you 1 week to decide on your Skills and your magic....< the Goddess answered in a bored tone. She shurely was bored in the time Yuri needed to decide. "1 WEEK?!" Yuri couldn't believe her ears. Did she really took that long to decide? Well, to be fair, she knew that she took at least 3 days just to read the descriptions of the skills and the different kinds of magic. Then another day to sort them for her liking and... . Ok 1 Week could be right, she thought. Still a little bit depressed that she made the Goddess wait for so long she looked at her Skills.
S-tier:
[Knowledge of the World: This skill is for those with an immense thirst for knowledge. Any person or beast that inherits this skill, will have a masterlevel understanding of the world, the magic and the lifeforms in it.] Passive
[High Speed regeneration: This skill allows the wielding person/beast to heal serious wounds, poisons and damage to the Mana circuit in few seconds. However, this comes with an very high mana cost. 10.000 per second.] Active
[Legendary eyes of the magican: This skill allows the wielding person or beast to see the surrounding Mana and other Mana-like energies. When the wielding person/beast has seen any type of action using Mana or Mana-like energies, the person/beast can flawlessly recreate the action. If someone in sight of the wielding person/beast charges up an attack with mana or mana-like energies, the wielding person/beast can see the element the mana has, and the trajectory of the incoming attack. These eyes also allow the wielding person/beast to control and manipulate the mana- or mana-like energies to a near perfect grade.] Passive
[Sense of the Warrior: This skill allows the wielding person/beast to sense Fear, Anger, Hate, Bloodlust, Killing intent and will add another sense to the wielding person, that will tell the trajectory of any weapon or projectile.] Passive
[Knowledge of the Wind: This skill will allow the wielding person/beast to maneuver better in the air while jumping, flying and even when the person/beast was punched.1000 Mana per minute when activated.] Active
{These skills are pretty OP but since they're S-ties I was expecting something like this. And since I don't have any combat or Acrobastics experience, I decided to go for skills that can even out my lack in Information and skill} Yuri thought. Now to the A-tier skills.
A-tier:
[Dancing blades: The wielding person/beast can command any sort of sharp object to attack or defend. The maximum of objects controlled is 50. Per object, the user will loose 100 Mana per minute.] Active
[Devourer: This skill can, when activated, devour any attack, defense and even whole armies. Can be upgraded into S-tier skill [Absolute void]. When activated, this skill will need 1000 Mana the second.] Active
[Space rift: This skill allows the wielding person/beast to place an near infinite amount of space rifts in the world. If the wielding person/beast then decides to enter one of the rifts, the user can then decide to which rift he/she wants and will appear at the position of the chosen rift. Will need 10.000 Mana per year.] Active
[Void storage: This skill allows any person/beast with high affinity or an high rank of Void magic to create an storage of near infinite size. The user can then store everything he/she wants and only the user has access to this storage. 100 mana per activation.] Active
[Black flame: This skill is an passive upgrade to any fire magic. The flames will now be black and deal 1000% more damage. If the right attack is used, these flames are able to kill gods.] Passive
{That are very nice skills I chose. And even able to kill gods! Well, everyone needs a few OP Skills and perks, why not all of them.} Satisfied with her choice, Yuri went to the list with B-tier skills
B-tier:
[Queen of the Bloodlust: This skill allows the wielding person/beast to amplify her bloodlust many times over. When skill is used, the user will feel extremely dizzy after deactivation.] Active
[Invisibility: This skill allows the wielding person/beast to be invisible for a maximum duration of 30 minutes. The mana cost is 1.000 mana per minute.] Active
[Eye of fear: This skill allows the wielding person to make any person in sight freeze in fear. 2000 mana per minute] Active
[A merchands feeling: This skill allows the wielding person/beast to instantly understand the system of Money in the current kingdom. This skill also allows to slightly feel if an deal is fair or unfair.] Passive
WARNING! This skill is on this list and cannot be removed, because of the users experience of her first Life:
[Ice cold Beauty: Because of the experience the user has had in her first life, this skill will help the user to supress any emotions.] Passive
{This one skill [Ice cold beauty is really annoying. i wanted to take another skill, but it is what it is. Without that, I'm very comfortable in using these skills and for B-tier, they are not bad.} After thinking again with her skillchoice, Yuri went to look at the C-tier skills.
C-tier:
[Strenghening: User will be stronger.] Passive
[Athletic: User will be faster] Passive
[Supple: User will have increased dexterity] Passive
[Skilled magican: User can control spells and mana better] Passive
[Longliving: User will live longer then the normal Human] Passive
{Not the best but its still only C-tier.} Yuri thougt. After looking over the skills again, she accepted.

Energy and Bullets], [MK73 Combat suit: This is the newest Combat suit created. Linked to the Brainimplant it will go over the Body of the soldier in milliseconds. Can tank 931 Fusion Bombs.]
"Umm, Goddess? Could you tell me why there is the word Black behind all of the Magic affinities I chose?" Yuri got used to the System in the time she took to chose her skills. At the beginning, she was freaked out because of the sudden appearance but now, she actually likes it.
>Well, normally your Intelligence stat is the indicator of how many affinities you can have. A maximum of 10 a minimum of 1. Since you have gotten an insane amount of Intelligence from your wish, you could take all the affinities and got them to master grade. You see, the affinities are are divided into ranks. The lowest is glass then comes bronce, silver, gold, diamond,and the best grade you can possibly get is black. It's an indicator on how strong and skillfull you are with your Magic.<
"Oh. Thats pretty cool. Achieving mastery without doing smoething." Yuri chuckled while she said that.
>Yuri, I want you to use your Weapon, the Deathcon Rifle only when you're in danger. Please let it be in it's sword form till then. Its a Fantasy world and not an modern Battlefield and also form your armour into a coat ore something like that. That was all. I'm gonna send you to the world now. Be carefull, Womans have a different role there then on earth.<
With these words the Goddess snapped with her fingers and a Portal appeared. After nodding in aggreement, Yuri marched straight into the Portal.
