Chapter 56: Conflict proliferation

The Major Counsel ended in favor of the Dark hand and its goals, just like Ominous had hoped human nature was the same even in other wordly beings, greed for power and the fear of the unknown had made the factions of the Dominion chose to side with the Dark hand.

Following the Counsel some major changes took places in the Dominion, first all the independent mages were subjected to heavy investigations and all independent mages who wanted to be speared from the investigations had to join a faction, this was a way for the factions to bolster their numbers and at the same time get rid of most traitors.
