Chapter 12: They are plotting something
Every 3 Vip rooms share the same deliverance room, where they'll receive their bought items, Nox and Raunos went to the room assigned to them by the assistant, and they found RedRobed there covering her face.
"Hey Nox and... Potato head pfft.." said RedRobed while laughing.
"Really funny!" said Raunos.
"Thanks a lot for what you did for me," said Nox.
"Oh don't mention it, we should look after each other," said RedRobed.
"You seem to be doing just fine by yourself though," said Raunos.
"I just helped Nox a little since I have some money, I would help you too if you need it, just beg me for it a little too much haha!" said RedRobed.
"As if!" replied Raunos.
"Anyway, did you see the look on Damian's face? Hahaha," said RedRobed.
"His expression was priceless," said Nox, as they were talking about him, Damian enters the room.
"That Damnian guy must be coughing blood right now," said Nox, Damian heard him and coughs blood for finding Nox wherever he goes.
"So you're having fun here, make sure to enjoy it as it won't last for long!" said Damian.
"We sure are having fun!" said Raunos.
"Ara Ara boy'a, did you go bankrupt?" said RedRobed, her weird tone pissed off Damian.
"Remember Nox, this is far from over!" said Damian, he storms out of the room as he stumbles upon Mister Falcon.
"Mister Damian, please wait, you forgot your box of crystals," Falcon said.
( I gotta do something so that he doesn't take it!) thought Nox.
"Yeah, you should take your stones, and show your friends what you went bankrupt for," said Nox, teasing Damian and bringing his rage up.
"He has become redder than those crystals haha," said RedRobed, Damian ignores them and talks to Mister Falcon.
"Piss off, just get away from my face!" shouted Damian, as he hits the box of crystals throwing it to the ground and left.
"It's been nice doing business with you," said Falcon with a large smile, ( If only once in a while dumb bidders come to this auction house, I'll make a fortune) he thought, then entered the room to greet the VIPs.
" Hello esteemed guests, sorry for keeping you waiting, I'll humbly introduce myself, I'm Falcon FánRóng, the 5th son of the FánRóng family, and the owner of this branch and auction house in waterfall city, I'm honoured to have you here," said Falcon.
"This tea is very special," said Raunos, as he states that he prefers tea over anything else.
"Young Master has good taste in tea, that's from my hometown," said Falcon, and turns to RedRobed "Miss... Ama.." interrupted by her "Ahem!!" she coughed.
" I mean, VIP number 1 could you introduce those valuable guests to me?" asked Falcon.
"This one here is Nox, he's the one I got the dagger for, and this one here is Raunos," she said.
(Since she puts them in high regard, they must have a lot of potential, I must befriend them) he thought.
" So it's young masters Nox and Raunos, I'm pleased to meet you both, I'll bring the dagger to you now!" said Falcon. He personally brings the dagger in an exquisite suitcase.
"That's a masterpiece, good for you Nox," said Raunos.
"It indeed is, with this, I'm almost ready to conquer the special units," said Nox, deliberately stating that he'll become an Oni to test Falcon.
(I definitely must befriend them) Falcon thought, he notices RedRobed's eye signs looking at the wooden box and then at him, he understands what she means.
"Young master Nox, I see that you were very interested in those rocks, at the auction no one would buy them for even 100k, but you played your enemy into paying 5 million for them, only to leave them behind, young master Nox sure is merciless to his enemies, and loyal to his friends, then allow me to gift you this box of 20 crystals, to mark the start of our friendship," said Falcon.
( This sly fox, he and RedRobed have joined hands to make me so indebted to them, but I'll play along with their plot) thought Nox.
"Thanks a lot, but how can I accept an item worth 5 million for free? I'd rather have you find my friend Raunos a gift instead," said Nox.
(Not only he's stating the price to mean that he won't be owing Falcon 5 million, but also transferring the debt to his friend Raunos while making it as he's making him a favour, you're the sly fox Nox) thought RedRobed.
"You don't have to do this Nox," said Raunos.
"I see, Young Master Nox is quite the good friend. don't worry this gift isn't worth 5 million, but its moral value is priceless since it's the testament to our friendship, Then I'll give you both gifts, the gems for young Master Nox, and I'll prepare a suitable gift for young master Raunos, I'll deliver it as soon as possible," said Falcon, who made the value of the gift unknown and still got the favour of Nox and Raunos.
"Take this spatial ring as well, it'll be helpful to store things in," said RedRobed, and gives Nox the spatial ring, " As for you Raunos, you will receive it with your gift!" she says.
"Thank you, Mister Falcon, and RedRobed!" said Nox and Raunos.
"Then I'll be in your care!" said Falcon.
" You two have to get prepared, in a week, the Oni entry test will be held, don't let us down," said RedRobed.

"Then until next time, I'll return this debt to you as well as the favour, so you two can rest assured" said Nox, and then he and Raunos left the Auction House.
RedRobed looks at Falcon " He knows we're working together," she said.
"Yet he acted so neutrally," he said.
"Don't worry, he's up for the challenge, I'll wait for the right time to tell him everything," said RedRobed.
"I trust in your judgement," said Falcon.
On the way to the suite, Nox and Raunos are discussing what they just experienced.
"You did realize it then," said Raunos.
"Yes, those people are plotting something," said Nox.
"So what do you think we should do?" asked Raunos.
"Nothing at all, we're getting a lot of benefits without any clear counterpart, we never agreed to any specific thing, since they're giving us this much unconditionally, who are we to refuse?" replied Nox with a sinister smile.
"All this time I thought you were an idiot, but at least we agree on this," said Raunos.
"We just have to focus on our next goal now," said Nox.
"The entry test isn't easy, but I'm sure we can handle it," said Raunos.
"I'm gonna need to seclude myself for this week," said Nox.
"Just don't be so late this time," replied Raunos.
"Sure partner, I'm all fired up!" says Nox, while fist-bumping Raunos.
The two arrive at their suite, and each entered his room, secluding themselves for the upcoming week to prepare for the entry test, they can't hold off their excitement!
