Everyone in the school now talks about Ummi as she defends herself in the class.During break, every student is expected to be in the canteen to have their breakfast but due to the expensive food most students don't buy something there.
They only go there to have fun and return back to their classes.Ummi was in the class when the bell rang for break, as everyone rushed to go out she maintained her position till everyone left.
She brought her food flask out,she careful watched everyone before starting to eat but as she continued to eat a student saw and reported her.
Few minutes later, some group of students entered the class, clapping and laughing at the same time.
They are the 5stars which means Sule,Tayo,Aliyah, Rufaida, Sahina.Aliyah : it means you don't know us.
Tayo : How dare you sit down when we are in your presence.
Ummi : who the hell are you that I have to stand up for.
Sahina : oh poor girl we are the 5stars Incase you don't know.
Ummi : So what? Tayo : So what are you referring to us ?
Aliyah : It better not be.
Ummi : I am referring to you guys the so called 5stars.
Aliyah : oh you poor rat, you don't talk to us that way, (clapping her hands.)
Sahina : Don't worry today is yours ,we will be right back.
Ummi : Do your worst, I don't care .
Aliyah: Do hear that.
Sule : let's go.As they were about to leave that was when Sahina notice her food flask besides her.
Sahina : wait guys can you imagine how poor this rat is.
Tayo : No, what happened.
Sahina : she brought food to school what a poor girl.
Ummi : is that your business.
Aliyah : this is hilarious, eating in the class is forbidden for your information.
Sule : the school needs to hear this.
Rufaida : can you imagine so you are this poor,what a pity.
Few minutes later.A well dress man putting on black suit, as the wrist watch wrap around his hands and painted white glasses fit his eyes, nor too tall or short, just a medium man called Mr. Lateef walked into the class.
"what is going on here," He asked.
" Thank God you came, it is this girl violenting the rules of the school,"Sule sai.
" In what way did she violent the rules," He asked.
" Sir can't you see that she is eating in the class," Sahina said.
" Please am sorry, she is just coming and she doesn't know the rule and regulations yet, he replied.
" Better do something about it,"Aliyah said.
" You guys should pardon her for today, He replied.
" Don't worry Sir, you may leave us,"Tayo said.
"Next time when you eat in the class you will be punished, be warned," He said a he exist the class and they also followed him.
After a while Nasir enter the class.
" I think I told you to avoid these guys, they are dangerous than anything, they can do and undo, you just need to be careful with them," Nasir said.
" Thank you, but am trying as much as possible to avoid them but they still keep coming," Ummie replied.
" Since the day you challenge them that is the day you have enter their trapped, and you need to come out immediately," Nasir said.
" Don't worry I will try to ignore them, thanks for the care," Ummie acknowledged.
" You are welcome," He replied.
" I'm Ummi and you, " she asked.
" I'm Nasir Umar," He said.
As mentioned by Omar, she records when she bumps into him.
" Please can I ask a question," she inquired.
" Yes, do please," he replied.
" Please which class is Omar," she asked.
" Omar is in this class and he is the Prince of the school," He replied.
" That's nice, he didn't come today and why is he called prince," he asked.
" Well that is because he is the most handsome boy in the school and he is every girl dreaming of this school and his class is special, he comes to class at his will apart from that he is always busy doing one thing to others," He explained.
" Alright, thanks, I appreciate your attention that you gave me," she replied.
"You are welcome once again,"He smiles.
Ummi continued what she was doing before the break was over. Everyone rushed back to their various classes before the prefect arrived.
After one or two classes, the school closes. Those whom their driver used to come to pick them were already around.
As she had the closing bell she immediately picked her school bag and her lunch bag. She usually walks by road to school because the distance is not that much. She also finds other junior students on her way home, they walk together, discuss something, make funny jokes and then burst into laughter, after some while they start reducing as each person takes the road to their houses finally she is left alone.
As she was walking, she heard a very loud horn which made her move from the road side into the bush as she turned her back to see who it was, only to find out that it was the 5stars.
She was speechless at that sport because she wondered what exactly the color of their problems was. They packed the car in front of her.
" Hey you poor rat," Tayo said.
" Can you imagine, walking by leg, poverty is not good," Sahina.
" It is that poverty that will kill your generation," Aliyah said as she put on a weird smile.
" What do you guys want from me," Ummi asked.
