Chapter 3: Feelings
I remained stagment still shocked as I saw blood ooze from my siblings amputated arms. Even so my siblings continued attacking, but he calmly tilted his finger downwards and black stick -like objects fell down piercing my siblings. The rain washed away their blood as they screamed in agony. The man went forward for the finishing blow.
'Please don't kill them they are the only family I have left ', I begged
The man turned to look at me,he wore sunglasses, a hat and a black hood which made it very difficult to see his face.
'I can save your brother but I can't save your sister so make a choice kid ',he said in a deep voice.
I went infront of my siblings and said ,'Even if there's no saving her I won't let you kill her '
'Kids this days ' he sighed
He tilted his finger to the left and I was sent crashing through multiple trees. Everything was blury I felt like I was drowning in water , I could see the the light but I couldn't grab it instead I sinked intoo the darkness .
'If only I was stronger,if only I had the power to save my family at any cost 'I thought
' Even if you have too make a deal with the devil ', a sinister voice said.
The man was a few inches away from killing my siblings when he senced a familiar and yet cunning dark energy.
'Is this who I think i- ' just before he finished his sentence a man with red eyes and two small horns one smaller than the other was an inch away from punching him.
He had a psychopathic smile as he casually dodged the punch , although it had blown away his hood and glasses before impact. He had long white hair with matching purple eyes. He wore a tight black shirt and jeans which revealed his well built body.
The demon continued attacking him and he kept dodging.
'It is an honour to dance with the mighty king of hell satan,but I think you came a little early let fight like equals once you gain your full power ',he said casually .
'I plan on killing you now Jason',he said
Jason placed his cap on satan and said,'Divine presence fall '
I was kneeling on the ground and my body was in pain I fixed my last gaze on the man as I lost consciousness .
I woke up to find myself in my bedroom
'It was just a dream thank goodness ' ,I said feeling a little relieved
'Rise and shine kid ',Jason said
I jumped out of my bed reliesing that it wasn't a dream.
'Were are my siblings ',I demanded
'Chill kid they are fine satan absorbed your sisters demon powers so she's stable, let me fill you in the situation , you see 100 centuries ago satan came upon earth and caused destruction people cried until God decided to send a hero to save them . The hero fought and defeated satan ,but he was smart inofe to separate his powers in terms of 50 keys and made a seal on a human which can be opened with the keys and bring him back, so every century he comes back to fight the chosen hero from that era . So chosen people were given powers to see demons and fight them ', he paused
'Yeah I heard that story it was actually my bedtime story, so where do I come in ',I asked
'You have that seal kid so the hierups wanted to get rid of you but I suggested that we collect all the keys , break the seal and kill satan. Since I'm kind I thought why not join the hero agency and play hero until your execution ',he said
'The hierups were right kill me here and now I'm sick of life anyway, let me tell you my story. I was born in a family of assassins I started killing people at the age of 6 I had no imotions all I knew was to kill . We were later caught and scheduled for an execution , I escaped during the execution but I was accidentally hit by a truck and I was reborn in this world .
I leaved with my grandparents who said they had adopted me my life there felt like heaven I learnt how to laugh and cry ,but I realised later on that I did not deserve such a life . Scientist came to take me claiming I was dangerous but my grandparents stood against them and thus they were killed . Life after that felt like hell ',I concluded.
'So you blame yourself for their death '
'If I was never reborn they could be still alive I never deserved a happy life anyway after my sins '
"No mater how much you wash your hands the blood of those you've killed will forever be on your hands , you see kid being a killer is not the big problem but staying one is . I'll give you a few hours to think about my offer'
Jason got up and left my room. A few minutes later Emia woke up to find Boru sitting next to her.
'How long was I out'
'2 hours'
'Were is mom, is she okey'
Born remained silent for a few seconds
'Follow me'
They left and went towards the peak of the island.The rain had stopped raining, the sea waves were smooth as the sun started to rise. Mikel was sitting next to his mother's grave when Boru and Emia arrived .
'Whos grave is that is it the bear 's or someonelse anyway were is mom ?',Emia asked
'She's sleeping',Mikel responded
'Were ',she replied
'Somewhere far away',Mikel said as his hair blew against the wind
'What do you mean ?' ,she asked
'She's dead',Boru said
We were all quite for a while . Emia cried
'It's all my fault I tried healing Emia while also trieying to help mom , I'm sorry ',Boru said
'What do you mean you're sorry that won't bring her back !',Emia shouted
'Emia calm down ',I said
'Don't tell me to calm down when mom is dead Mikel',she replied
'I've done many bad things in my life such that I stopped having imotions I never cared about anyone but now I do , if they are sad I'm sad , if they are angry I'm angry, if they are in pain I'm in pain . So please stop crying ' ,I said as stood and looked directly at my siblings with tears in my eyes
'Mom's finale wish was to see us follow our dreams , I want to save twice the people I've done wrong to so I'm going to become a hero and I'd like you guys to follow yours as well ',I said as I wiped away my tears.
'Were coming with you, we have our own goals ',they both said
Jason was sitting behind a tree listening in on what we were saying. I went next to him and asked ,'do you think you can defeat him'
'Yeah I'm the second strongest to the king of heroes after all ',he replied
