"Ow! That hurts!" Jules hissingly exclaimed with a loud gasp.

It would seem the more she tried to be careful, the more she got hurt, bumping her shoulder into a corner as she navigated her pathway through the dimly lit hallway.

But her nose did not fail to whiff the delicious chocolate aroma brewing in the kitchen. And it only got stronger as she tiptoed toward her destination.

She guessed he was not lying about that. 

"Uhm!" She could not help but enjoy the luscious fragrance of the sweet drink. But, of course, that was not her reason for coming to the kitchen. 

She peeked through the opening, wondering what he was still doing inside. And, as expected, he was pouring the hot cocoa into a clear mug.

The creamy milk swirled inside the cup as the brown liquid mixed with the white. It was fascinating to watch, indeed mouthwatering.
